Gratitude is the quickest way out of suffering.
Without question, if you are feeling in the deaths of despair finding one small thing to be grateful for will begin to pull you out of your depression.

My Rounds = 7 + 4 Power Cleans (115 lbs)
Shauna’s Rounds = 7 + 3 Power Cleans (80 lbs)
Today’s process is strictly to help raise our vibrational rate so that we can allow the flow of love and appreciation to dominate our cells and allow the law of attraction to bring us more things to be grateful for, and to begin to restructure the neuron cross-bridges in our brain.
Get out a piece of paper and expect to do this process for roughly 10-20 minute. At the top of the page write, “100 Things I’m Grateful For…” and begin. You don’t have to be elaborate with what you’re grateful for but do your best to specific, such as “My ability to move my body and exercise,” rather than just “health” or “exercise.” Write until you have your 100 things to be grateful for. If you just can’t think of things to be grateful for, write as many as you can and then come back to it later in the day. This process moves your attention toward points of gratitude, and by the law of attraction, this will bring other thoughts similar to it into your awareness. Also, this will soften our vibration so that we open the door to the things we have been waiting for, and that the Almighty has been pushing into our experience.
“Find God within your Self…know the Kingdom of Heaven as your very being…herein you are free.”
Shauna’s Rounds = 4 + 150 meter Row (15 lb DBs)
My Rounds = 4 + 124 meter Row (25 lb DBs, Ring L-Lifts)
For today’s workout we will start by setting a timer for 15 minutes and finding a comfortable sitting position. Place your hands on your lap with your palms facing upward and close your eyes. Gently, take your awareness to the movement of your breath in and out of your nose. Do not force the breath, but rather let the breath be and let it move you. As you breathe in you will say silently to yourself, “I AM,” and as you breathe out silently say to yourself, “grateful.” Do your best to maintain this mantra for the entirety of the meditation. If thoughts come into your awareness, recognize them and then return your focus to the mantra. You may even begin to change the words and begin replacing “grateful” which is completely okay and a natural process of the meditation.
“Your worth has never been in question. A parent does not think any less of their child as they are growing and learning. Likewise, Source has nothing but adoring eyes for you. You are so dearly loved, Source only wants you to recognize how special you are…for you are One.”

Today, August 25th, marks the 14th anniversary of being diagnosed with cancer (leukemia), and I wanted to share some of the things that I learned as a result of having gone through all of my experiences with the treatment.

“It is inevitable that you will reach your awakening…go ahead and accept it.”
Every Minute on the Minute for 15 minutes:
Set a timer for 1 minute. The task is to complete the 3 power cleans and 9 push-ups within the minute and rest the remaining time. The faster you complete all the reps the longer the time you have to rest. If you are unable to complete all the reps within the minute, the penalty will be 5 burpees for each missed round after the 15 minutes is complete.
My Weight = 120 lbs, no missed rounds
Shaun’s Weight = 80 lbs, 1 missed round
Today’s mental workout will be very simple for anyone wanting to raise their vibration to a place of appreciation, love, and allowing. Take out a piece of paper and on the front write, “Things I’m grateful for with my health…” and on the back write, “Things I’m grateful for with my family and relationships.”
At first, if you are not already feeling very cheerful, you may find that it is difficult to write things that you are grateful for. It could even start out something like…”I can walk,” or “I hardly get sick.” As you continue to write things that you are grateful for it should consistently feel better as you begin to find more thing to be grateful for such as, “I am actually very healthy…I have a body that takes care of me very well…I have a body that constantly renews itself in the perfect manner.” You notice the difference between the first few phrases and the last few.
Continue with this process until you are finished with filling up the paper or until you feel joyful and ready to go out into the world refreshed.
“Infinite Source, substance of my soul. Show me the glory that is our union. Remind me of the blessings that flow unbounded from your eternal heart. Help me to remember my place as your Infinite Child.”
