THINGS ARE FALLING APART FOR A REASON…

We have to believe that all the walls that are tumbling down around us are so that we can see the Light of the Sun that has been hidden for so long. We have to believe that everything that we held so dear that is coming crashing down is Spirit’s way of opening us up to all that is headed our way. We have to have faith that as all the beliefs we held true that made us believe the illusion come completely undone, the Infinite supply of Divine abundance will shine it’s Light upon us.

You see, I remembered today that Great Creative Principle wants to work through us. That aspect of our Self, that is beyond our body, beyond our minds, our True Self, wants and has a purpose to fulfill. We came to this earth experience as spiritual beings in human forms so that we may experience the grandeur of this reality and to fulfill the purpose we set forth for ourselves. Some of us are conscious of that purpose, others are still looking, but most of us, when we truly quiet our thoughts and listen to our hearts, know what purpose we have come forth to fulfill.

This purpose, I should add, is what you want it to be. If you can fathom being an Infinite Being with unlimited potential, wanting to strengthen your inner knowing and belief in yourself as an extension of the Creative Source, wouldn’t it sound like fun to head on down to Earth and express that creative potential and in doing so lift the whole of humanity? You, as a spiritual being, chose to come forth into this reality at this time so that you may live the purpose you set forth for yourself and uplift humanity! We all did! And that purpose is very easy to find, or realize. All you have to do is ask yourself one simple question…

“What uplifts my heart of hearts and fulfills me more than anything else? When I do _____________________________ I could do it absolutely all day, every day, and not grow weary. When I am__________________________I feel like time slows down and I feel completely full of life and invigorated with Love.”

Whatever you used to fill in the blank is your life purpose. That is why when you take part in that you can do it all day and you love it so much! By feeling good we are in alignment with what the Mother/Father Principle is wanting for us. You came forth with the intention of remembering that you are a beauty-full creative extension of the One, and that you would allow Spirit, your Higher Self, to flow through you so that you would uplift humanity and Gaia, and that you would feel the delicious creative expansion of this life experience!

The reason so many things always fall apart can be deduced to 1 reason, you are not respecting your soul and living true to your heart…you are not fulfilling your purpose. God is constantly removing you from this environment or that environment, or this job or that job, or this relationship or that relationship, and doing It’s best to give you the reminders of what your life purpose is, but you keep resisting the flow of life. At times don’t we think we know better than God. Truthfully? We think we know how things should unfold, and in what manner, and when they don’t go exactly as we planned we get upset or sad or depressed or feel like things aren’t working in our favor, when in actuality all the things that are coming undone are gifts!

You are asking for help…Source is responding saying, “Yes, you are right, you DO deserve that!”…so the Universe begins to rearrange what comes into and out of your life, but then you start seeing things coming undone and you think, “Hey! I thought things were suppose to be coming in, not falling apart.”…and so you resist the changes that are making it possible to experience all the desires you want to experience and to begin living your life purpose.

You are NOT smarter than the Infinite Creative Principle!!!

As we realize that the Universe is not smiting us, but rather reorganizing itself so that we can share our deepest gifts to the world, we can begin to relax. This is the faith component. As we begin to hold true to the belief that the Universe wants to work through us and will rearrange itself for us so that I can share our gifts to the world, life becomes a game. The stress of finding the job, or hustling to make that paper, or running around like a chicken with its head cut off, subsides and we can then listen to the inspiration we are being given so that we can take inspired action.

Our hearts will be open to receiving the guidance of talking to this person, or eating lunch at that restaurant, or going to the gym at this time, or taking a right at this light, or, or ,or…the possibilities are endless. As we let go of trying to figure out how everything will happen, and have faith that it is and has already happened, we find that place of stillness within ourselves where our true Power lies. That place of nirvana where we trust that our Source is leading us to exactly where we want to go and in the way where we can give our deepest gifts!

It is time that we remember that we are here to give our gifts and Source is always supporting us. It is time that we remember who we are and have faith in the God Principle of which we are united. May you be reunited with your Truth!

WHEN…?

It has been some time since I have decided to write, but tonight I ask myself…When will we come together as a collective and no longer allow our differences to cause us to fight one another? When will we look into each other’s hearts and see each other as family instead of getting lost on our appearances? When will we take our sight beyond the beliefs we have been taught and recognize our Infinite connectedness?

I ask myself this, and I ask all of you this, because our inability to let go of old beliefs that we have been taught by parents, family members, friends, elders, TV, radio, magazines, etc., are tearing us apart. Diversity is so beautiful on this Earth and yet we refuse to look at the beauty in it! Jesus said, “In order to be the Christ you must see the Christ in every face, in every form.” We must take our perception beyond what we have been taught, we must take our perception beyond what we have allowed ourselves to believe with our intellect, and allow ourselves to believe what we know in our hearts.

This Earth experience is here for us to experience God in every form…whether that be rain, clouds, sunshine, trees, wind, flowers, grass, rocks, sand, water, dogs, cats, elephants, birds, white people, black people, weird people (that’s most of us 😉 ), tall people, short people, English-speaking people, Spanish-speaking people, Blond people, brunette people, all of it is God!

We have forgotten that we are all united with the Great Creative Principle, God. Although it seems that we are separate from each other and God, we are truly all united, far more than we could ever comprehend with our intellect. We must look for perfection and Divinity in every form so that we may unify! So that we may remember why we are here as spiritual beings having a human experience! So that we walk through life with purpose and kindness always.

When do you think this will occur? When do you think our time will come to unite as a collective? The only time can be now! It can not be in a year, or ten years, or one hundred years, or never as some would say. We must start NOW to see each other as brothers and sisters of the same Divine family! All the great mystics, prophets, and Masters have always said we must treat each other as brothers and sisters for we are all the embodiment of Divinity. We are truly One.

Each day we must walk with a Presence that honors ALL the beauty of this life experience! Although a person’s actions or words may not seem to represent Divinity to you, continue to look upon those individuals, your brothers and sisters, with an undying Love. You must find that Light within you that will shine through any darkness and BE the Light for the collective! As you walk with such clarity and move with Divine guidance the heavens will be yours! They have always been ours without our understanding, but NOW is the time for remembrance! NOW is the time for the realization that we are all fingers of the hand of God. That your “enemy” deserves Love just as much as your friend because of our spiritual unity.

The time has come to release all old beliefs that have kept us restricted from realizing this Truth. Time has come to look beyond the skin color, the language, the clothing choices, the differences, and realize that these are all beauty-full extensions of the One. That diversity is beauty-full and meant to be cherished because it is all but God. We are here not to tolerate each other, but to Love each other unendingly. For in that Love we uplift the whole of the collective One.

I ask you to ask yourself, “Is it worth it for me to condemn someone because of his/her beliefs, actions, words, because they are not like mine? Can I accept and Love others although we do not look the same or have the same likes and interests? Will I choose Love or fear?” These are very important questions that we must ask ourselves in order that we may understand who we truly are and begin to change the world through the life we live. You are capable, you are beauty-full, I Love You. Let us come together and choose Love.

Claim Your Divine Right…Now

Hello my Lovelies,

I am sitting here looking out the window, enjoying the birds fly around, tasting the delicious flavor of my weekly vegan burrito, and my attention is brought to my dear little brother,Trevor, who I just went to see at the hospital and who is still there unable to talk, exhausted, with his head perched upon his hands, a pose I know all too well from my past.

As I sit here Divinity whispers in my ear, “You are are here now my child, you can taste, you can see, you can walk, you are strong, you are sharing OUR message.”

I write this to ask you where you are? While you are eating are you truly eating or is your mind among your worries? While you are walking are you feeling the earth below your feet or are you concerned with your tasks that lay ahead? While you are speaking with a friend or lover are you experiencing them in their brand new presence or are you frustrated about your work day and how difficult it was 5 hours ago?

I ask these questions because these moments remind me that I am here now, for all the times I should have died and for all the reasons I should be dead, I am here now. YOU are here now. You have overcome obstacles greater than you ever realized that you could climb over. Yet with all the Power that we know we truly are, we deny it.

We question our strength and wherewithal, and succumb to the illusory fears we have been told to accept. Do not question your Power, do not question your Divinity, listen to the Voice-without-sound and remember who you are.

Remember that although it may seem hard you are always supported by Spirit. That even though it may be difficult it could always be worse. You could be forced to reside in a hospital where you can barely lift your head. You are here now free to experience the world, free to experience the whole Universe exactly as you choose.

Be grateful for the gift of this present moment. Be grateful for the ability to smile and dance. Be grateful for the ability to read this and to do whatever it is you so choose. And as you feel that gratitude and Power, be strong enough to act with it filling your heart!

Claim your right as an extension of God to experience the totality of life. Claim your right to spread Love everywhere and to recognize Divinity within every form! Claim your right to BE Happiness, to BE Truth, to BE Love. Claim your right to be the gift to the world that you truly are! Do not just exist my friends, Live Life with a heart full of Presence and gratitude!

BE 100%

Hello My Lovelies,

As I was driving home just now I noticed a bumper sticker on the car in front of me that said, “Namaste.” For those who are unsure what namaste means, basically put it means, “The Divine within me recognizes the Divine within you.” As I drove past the car I looked at the driver, I immediately noticed she was smoking a cigarette to which she then took a drink of a pepsi. I thought to myself, “How ironic. This woman has a sticker that says how she not only recognizes the Divine within you but also herself, and yet she is poisoning her body temple.”

I am in no way aiming to be judgemental, it was simply God reminding me to BE 100%. What I mean by being 100% is living true to the thoughts we think, the words we speak, and the actions we take. To be living life with my thoughts, words, and actions all in harmony. It also can mean to enter fully into each moment. To be 100% present living NOW, the only moment we will ever have.

In order to live a joy-full, purpose-full life we must be 100% with what we think, say, and do. For instance, seeing as I am a personal trainer, I know in my heart and from all the research ever, that vegetables and fruits are beneficial for my body temple. I then counsel my clients to eat fruits and veggies, but then do not eat them myself. I am not being 100% am I? I am disregarding the knowledge I know in my heart is correct. Another example would be for me to tell somebody to be kind and express Love and then go out and judge somebody for smoking a cigarette and drinking a pepsi 😉

Not only does this cause others to lose respect for us because we are not practicing what we preach, but more importantly we feel guilty because we override what we feel and know is right in our hearts.

I’ve never read the Four Agreements, but from what I know about it, I feel this post goes along the same lines. When we are speaking and acting from our deepest Truth, from the wisdom that resides within all of us, we feel alive. When we live in accordance with our deepest Truth, life is purpose-full! Our minds are no longer in battle with our hearts, our hearts now directs where our minds will go. We gain awareness of if a thought is in harmony with our deepest Truth or in dis-harmony.

So ultimately what I want to say to you, and in doing so, to myself, is BE 100%. Why waste time not enveloped in this present moment? You only have right now to express your gifts! And now…and now…and now! Have you read these words with full presence or have you been dazing off thinking of something while your subconscious scanned these words? BE 100%! Speak the words of your heart even if they might upset others. Don’t force others to listen, nor force your opinion, but speak with an open heart full of Love. Act with your deepest integrity! When you drink your water…DRINK YOUR WATER!! That is truly the first and last sip of water you will ever has as the individual you are NOW!

We are ever-changing, Divine incarnations of Love! Experience this world NOW because it will never be the same. BE 100% in this moment, BE 100% at a business meeting, BE 100% in conversations with a friend, BE 100% while taking a walk, BE 100% in the embrace of your child, BE 100% as you cry hysterically, BE 100% in the ocean of a strawberry, BE 100% when you dance in the ecstasy of sex, BE 100% because if you’re not life will keep passing you by. BE in life. BE in Love. BE here now!

And while you are here, live from your deepest heart. Give your deepest gifts to the world. Present them on the Divine platter of your words, actions, and through your Presence. BE 100% with your life!

LISTEN TO ME!!! Screams the Ego

As I have begun to write more, and speak more, regarding the Truths that I am consciously experiencing, I have been examining the way in which I deliver these messages; and the reason for why I want to deliver these messages. This has also caused me to examine the behaviors of others and the reason for their deliverance of these messages. Obviously I do not fully understand the reason for their words, but I can see patterns that arise that I resonate with.

When we speak, what is our general intent? Do you ever think about that? When I go out and I am speaking in a group I generally like to carry the conversation. Do you notice that as well? Do you like to be the “expert” on the topic that is being discussed? Do you like to have all eyes focused on you as you titillate the audience with your intellectual prowess? Or perhaps you are one of the individuals in the room that enjoys standing back and listening, perhaps looking to learn from the speaker, or possibly just tolerate him. 😉

When you speak in a group what is your intent? Even behind the reason that you wish to share knowledge? We all want to share knowledge, but what is even further behind that? Do you notice yourself forcing your way into a conversation at times so that you can add your opinion, or Truths that resonate with you? What is that? What is it that makes us want to be “seen?” Or, what is it that makes us want to hide?

Well my dear brothers and sisters, that is our ego. It’s that little part of our mind that wants the glory. That little part of the mind that says, “Hey, these are MY thoughts, and they are right, and everyone should hear them!” Oh the ego, how you make me giggle. Think about it my friends. When someone says something that you agree with or disagree with isn’t it almost a natural response to get in the middle and be like, “Hey everybody, check it out I’ve got something to say…now get your eyes and ears over here!” Or, on the other hand, “What I have to say isn’t good enough and everyone will laugh at my statement.”

Can you see that in your life? Can you remember experiences when that has happened? I for sure can think of about 1,000 instances when I have acted that way.

Why is it not enough that we silence our mind, our ego, and listen? Is that okay? I am not writing this because I am judging, that is the ego’s doing ;), but because I see it happening in my experience so much…I see myself doing it quite often. I would like for us to just be aware of our behaviors. This is a new age, the age of unity, collectivity, oneness, understanding, compassion, and unity ;). Many of us are now consciously becoming wayshowers, beams of Light, and it is important to realize that we, as individuals, are not the only teachers. If we allow our ego to interfere with our growth then we will slow our progress.

We are a collective, experiencing through our subjective reality, here to co-create with our beautiful brothers and sisters. It is important for us to find silence within ourselves and be open to teachers along our path. These teachers may come about in the unlikeliest of ways, our children, friends, family, acquaintances, animals. We must be quiet enough within ourselves to recognize when our teachers appear. If we are always forcing our way into the situation, when will we have time to allow the message to sink in? We must bring awareness into every aspect of our life, understand when it is time to listen and when it is time to speak. The ego will always strive for acknowledgement, but our True Self is always content knowing that no amount of words can compare to a heart full of Truth. We do not need to shout and force someone to realize their Divinity, when we demonstrate Divinity, that is all one needs to hear.

So, as most of you have figured out, this was mainly Me writing to myself, but I think it is something we can all begin to bring about in our own lives. To remain conscious of the reasons behind our words and actions, as well as when silence must be explored, and in turn bring about quicker growth. Wishing you Love and wellness on your journey!

I’m Only Human…..SAY WHAT?!

We have all heard the saying, “I’m only human, I make mistakes.” We use this statement as if being human has a limited meaning to it. As if being human we are somehow less than the Creator. Is it not stated that man is made in the image and likeness of God? In Old Sanskrit likeness means exactness. Man is the exactness of God…man is God.

“I’m only human,” we say, as if that is a bad thing. What, you’re only an extension of the Divine?! What, you’re only perfection expressed in a physical temple?! What, you’re only the True expressor of Love?! We ARE God, and that is somehow a negative thing?

And then we claim that we “make mistakes.” When you think about it, what is a mistake? Is it not simply an experience? It is merely an experience that you deemed to be negative somehow, that you may or may not have consciously learned from. Yet, all in all, it was only an experience. And then you berate yourself for having done something that you felt was less than what you were worthy of doing. Or you keep your attention focused on this experience that didn’t feel great while you experienced it. My dear brothers and sisters, you never could, nor ever will, make a mistake.

We don’t make mistakes we just have experiences. That is it. Yet if you allow yourself to believe the ideas put forth by others that you are somehow a sinner, or by having a certain experience you are bad, then you are a slave. You become a slave to others through your lack of acknowledgement that you are wholly and truly Divinity having experiences.

Can you see this? Can you look past the beliefs that have restrained you for so long and acknowledge your True beauty? Can you look beyond the idea that you are somehow less than the Creator? Why would an Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, all-Loving Presence create you as a limited being that would walk around messing up? Why would you choose to come forth as an expression of this Creator in a limited form? We are not limited in our True state. We become limited through our lack of acknowledging Who We Are and why we are here.

What if on your very first day of birth you were told that the name human meant a perfect expression of God? That you, and all your earth brothers and sisters were not only able, but destined, to express Love, Light, and Truth fully? That you were the conduit through which Divinity moved? That you are God, experiencing this reality through a physical vessel in order to expand the Cosmos and learn? That each moment through your life experience would allow you to learn, to remember? That every experience would be a glorious reminder of the Presence that pervades all things, that You are? That each time you acted from the ego, not your heart, you would be reminded of how to act from the heart?

How would you interpret the world differently if you were told these things? How would you have lived your life? Now that you hear these words that resonate with your soul, how will you interpret the world differently? How will you live your life?

We can look back on our lives saying, “Man, I made a lot of mistakes in my life,” and you can choose to realize how you’ve grown from those, or you can see that you are still unforgiving of yourself. But when we realize that we didn’t come to this reality to play it safe, that we came to get dirty, to have our hearts uplifted, to have our hearts hurt, to laugh, to cry, to smile, to jump up and down, to fall over, to inadvertently say something, to apologize for it, to laugh uncontrollably, to bear hug like nobody’s business, to sing out of tune, to kiss passionately, and most of all to BE Love, that is when we can look back and say, “Geez, I had quite a life, abundant with fruitful experiences!”

We are here now, having experiences. There is no need to judge them, that is not our purpose. We’re here to experience this reality to its fullness as an extension of the One. Each moment is blessed as we are blessed. Until next time my dear brothers and sisters. ❤

Do You Ever Wonder Why?

Do you ever wonder why people do drugs? Do you ever wonder why people become addicted to things? Do you ever wonder why there are so many people homeless or living in poverty? Do you ever wonder why people sell drugs? Do you ever wonder why things are happening to so many? Have you ever spoken and actually had a conversation with a homeless person? Have you ever spoken with a young man forced to sell drugs because he was born into a family in South Central L.A. and was told that he was stupid, so he entered into the family business, gangs, and met people that he felt were like him and could bond with (people who were also called stupid)?

It is not enough that we accept what the TV tells us. It is not enough that we hide our Light because we are afraid to go against the status-quo. It is not enough that we shy away from others with dominant opinions even if that opinion insults not only our souls, but also our brothers and sisters. Question…question absolutely everything if it does not resonate with your heart. Do not just accept it because it sounds good. Accept it because it resonates with your soul.

You are here in this moment! You chose to be here in this moment in time to make a change! We are here Now, at a shift in the consciousness of humanity! It is our very purpose, our duty, to awaken! We chose NOW! We said we would enter into this reality and be a guiding Light for all our brothers and sisters! Those of you reading this KNOW that! You feel that with every fiber of your being as you read these words! You chose NOW!

If you feel you have not remained on that path, that is okay! Because NOW you are aware of that, and NOW you can step right back on! We are here to realign with our understanding of who we really are, and see that in all our brothers and sisters as well! Because our brother made bad choices does not make him a bad person…he may not have had the tools to see other options. Our brother Jesus said, “Judge not, lest ye be judged.” Our brother Jesus, a great master, showed us the way. He showed us the way to recognize our Divinity as he recognized His! Each and every one of us are on our own unique journey of remembering that we are Divine, eternal beings! We are all climbing to the mountain peak and each and every one of us is starting at a different point at the bottom. And as such, we must remember that we need not judge our brother or sister, but see the Divinity that resides in them as it dwells within us!

My dear family, we are here NOW to awaken. To look past the illusion that our worth is dependent upon the job we have, the car we drive, the money in our bank account, the clothes we wear, the home we reside in. For when we leave these physical bodies behind we will understand that our worth was never dependent upon these things. Our worth has never been in question to our Higher Self! Through the eyes of our ascended brothers and sisters, through the eyes of Divine Principle, our worth has always been in perfect standing. And it is our job to remember that!

Your worth has never been in question!! It is our job to see that in ourselves and in all our brothers and sisters. Do not be afraid to ask why things are happening…but when you ask why, go as deep into the question as possible. Why did someone murder? Was he abused as a child and watched his mother raped? Why did someone steal? Was he starving and the only way to feed himself was to steal? None of these reasons makes any of it okay, but with an understanding comes compassion. Ask these questions the next time to recognize yourself passing judgement. We are not here to judge, we are here to awaken and correct the injustices that have occurred in this reality for far too long. History continues to repeat itself if we do not open our eyes. Choose to be your our guiding Light!

Declare to yourself that you will no longer accept something until it resonates with your heart. Declare to yourself that you will awaken and see past the illusion that is perpetuated in a limited mind-set. Declare to yourself that you will smile at every one of your brothers and sisters because they ARE a part of you. Declare to yourself that you will be of service to humanity by aligning with your True Self. Declare to yourself that you will realize your own Divinity and go forth into the world with that presence.

Our time is NOW! Now we must affect the outcome of this world. Now we must go forth into our communities and make a change no matter how small or big that might be. Now is the time to BE the change we wish to see in this world! It is all NOW my dear family! I hope to those that read these words you see that these are your words. They are the words of your own soul. BE the Light you know within that you are! Shine so bright that no darkness can come close to you and you Light the way for others! This is OUR task! We will succeed! I Love you all!!!

I’m not special!

Appreciation, Hope, Joy, Love

I was told the other day that I was special. I had shared my beliefs, and adversities that I’ve experienced in my life, with a woman and she told me I was special. I thought for just one second and replied with a smile, “I’m not special, I’m stubborn.”

There is nothing special about me. At my core I am no different from that woman, nor am I any different from any of you reading this. We are all made in the image and likeness of One creator, One substance, that pervades each one of us.

All I have done in my life is to be as stubborn as possible and refuse to accept the opinions of others that do not resonate with my heart. That doesn’t mean I haven’t listened to the opinion of others, it means that I have not allowed their opinions to affect the knowing I felt in my heart.

I am asked quite frequently, “How are you so happy?” And the answer is quite simple, I have refused to let the words and actions of others affect the happiness I wanted to feel. I am happy because I consciously find things to be happy about. I am happy because I have practiced listening to my gut. I am happy because I choose to be happy and not let anyone affect that.

I am not special. The Life Force that pervades every atom of my being is the same exact Life Force that pervades every atom of your being! We are One! I am you, you are me! I am not monetarily rich, I do not have the best body, I am not in a romantic relationship, and yet I feel happy simply because I choose to be.

I am not special, I am no different from you. I hear it all the time, “Zach, why are you always smiling? Every time I see you you are always happy and smiling.” Well, you guessed it…I choose to smile. It is not something that is pressed upon me because I am in Divine favor. I am smiling because I have so much to be grateful for! I am smiling because I know that you are just as wonderful and beautiful and Divine as I am. I am smiling because although experiences in this life seem tough, we always get past them and are better off for having experienced them.

I am not special. “Zach, why are you so positive all the time?” Why aren’t you positive all the time? I understand that there is suffering occurring in this world, poverty, hunger, so many atrocities. However, when I see that I do not dwell on where my brothers and sisters are suffering, I see them thriving. I ask myself what can I do to better their situation? Should I pity these people or should I acknowledge the abundance and ecstasy I wish my brothers and sisters to experience and let that inspire me to make a change? Out of the depths of darkness these people, our brothers and sisters, experience they grow strong! Their strength is unlike that of many of us who have never experienced such atrocities. So why shouldn’t I be positive? The suffering people go through strengthens them emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and from that perspective I will find what I can do to help them.

So, as you can see, I am not special. I have experienced a similar amount of suffering as you. I have dealt with death, dis-ease, heart-break, physical ailments, emotional turbulence, mentally instability, just as we all have. All I have done was been stubborn towards the opinions of others if it insulted my soul. We are free! Truly unlimited beings, able to consciously imagine and bring forth anything we choose, and yet we fall short. We fall short because we allow others to insult our soul, our heart’s beliefs.

Do you want to be happy? Do you want to smile? Do you want to be positive? Then stop allowing the opinions of others to continually insult your soul. You do not need anyone to approve of your dreams or heart’s desires…you simply need the strength and faith to say, “I will because my heart says so.” And then all those outside voices will quiet while you begin to live your dreams.

But you know what, I am special…and you are special…and you are special…and you…and you and yes! Even you!!! We are the children of Divinity. Each one of us connected and yet perfectly individual and unique!!! We are special!!! So let’s begin to walk like it!! Let’s begin to act like we’re special!! Let’s begin to talk like we’re special!!! Let’s begin to treat each other with the kindness and Love that we are all special!! When we are all able to recognize how special and perfect we truly are is a day that is soon upon us!! So let us get started now and let every one else know how truly special they are as well!!! I love you all so very dearly and am so excited to see our unfolding!!

Breaking the Shell

Appreciation, Hope, Joy, Love, Self-Realization

The month of September was quite a whirlwind. Everything seemed to fall apart. Absolutely EVERYTHING! My job came to a complete standstill, I injured my shoulder, and someone from my past made a re-entrance into my present. It made me wonder…why in the world is everything falling apart and going into this crazy whirlwind when I feel that I am doing everything correctly? Even though everything was crumbling around me I still had a sense of peace and centeredness, which didn’t make very much sense to me. Then I read something which Cynthia Occelli said, “”For a seed to achieve it’s greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, it’s insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.”

That quote is absolutely true and came at the perfect time. I can see so many around me, myself included, that on the surface would seem like everything was falling apart! However, as I look at the deeper meaning there is much more going on than we recognize. Our True purpose is breaking free of the shell and all of the things that kept us encapsulated are breaking apart. I realized that I was, and sometimes still do, look at the situation from a very limited point of view. I only see what is happening on the surface, rather than diving deep into the depths so that I can look up and realize that the tiny changes on the surface are nothing compared to the vast depths of the stillness and perfect silence. Yet sometimes it seems difficult to dive down when the surface feels more safe. It is a practice of learning to go deeper rather to hang out on the surface, where we think everything is happening, when in reality it is the tip of the iceberg.

Our minds like to think we have all the answers, when in reality our minds simply deter us from the Truth. The Truth can only be known through our hearts, to follow the guidance we are being given and receive that guidance with an open heart. By over-thinking the pure messages we are receiving through our hearts we distort the message into something we can only perceive with our limited beliefs. We must take our awareness beyond our limited beliefs to that beliefs that we know in our hearts, the God beliefs, the beliefs of unlimited capabilities. We also must allow the shells in our life to fall apart so that we may grow into beautiful trees. If the trees allowed the seeds to encapsulate them forever, we would never perceive the beauty that is a tree. Just as the tree, we must allow the changes to occur so that we can grow into our True Selves, the beings of unlimited potential that is always waiting to be awakened.Image

We are growing into the beautiful beings we are meant to be and it is our choice whether we allow that change to happen or if we resist it? The question we must ask ourselves is, do I want to enjoy the process of change and unfolding or resist it and be upset? Either way it will happen and I for one would like to enjoy the process! I hope you would like to as well.
