It Hurts So…Well, It Hurts

So for all my friends who think I’m always in a state of joy…the ruse is up…I’M NOT!!! 🙂 Today is a perfect example of that. I want to share a little lesson I have learned today that I feel we all can resonate with.

Last night I dreamt of my ex and her mother…2 separate dreams, both revolving around my ex. My recent spiritual understanding of dreams now lets me know that they are far more meaningful than we give them credit for, so I gave the dreams some thought and let them be. Later, throughout the day today I saw numbers and symbols that I use to associate with her. Things that I usually just smile at and let them be. As I went to the gym and was walking to the entrance, guess what?…yep, she drove right past me and didn’t even acknowledge me. While I was in the gym I began speaking to a very friendly man who I converse with frequently (and take Zumba with) and guess who walks right past me with again no acknowledgement?…yep, my ex.

Of course being the loud-mouthed individual I am I called out her name. She came over as if she wasn’t just praying to the angels that I wouldn’t say anything to her, and we began a short conversation. She approached the interaction tentatively and awkwardly, as if I wasn’t just giving her advice a few months ago. Anyways, the conversation ended and she went to her class and I began my workout.

While I was warming up, all these thoughts began running through my head and emotions associated with the thoughts about our experiences together. I even got a little jealous thinking about the guys she’s probably checking out! Me! This spiritual thing in this body! Jealous! Whoa! So I worked out, felt great, and as I was driving home began to observe the thoughts and emotions I was experiencing again.

I would think a thought such as, “Why do I have these feelings still?! It’s been almost 1 1/2 years!” And as I continued to have these thoughts I found myself getting angry. Frustrated. “Why do I have these feelings and not her?!…This doesn’t make sense, I should be done by now!” And then thoughts similar came in…”I will never get over her…Maybe I’m just meant to be alone…I’ll never find anyone that fits me!” And then I stopped…

I consciously stopped and observed where these were coming from…why these were coming in, and I laughed! It was the ego! Ha! That part of the mind that loves the drama…that loves attention…that causes separateness!!! It was the ego!! The maya! The devil, if you will. And then I thought, “Why was I thinking these initial thoughts to begin with?” Well, obviously, I still possess romantic feelings for her and then I allowed my mind to get loose! Hahaha

I was looking at such a small picture! My ego was focused on such a tiny part of the whole…a girl who doesn’t like me anymore! Haha!!! And then I thought…”FEEL IT!!!! Don’t resist the feeling of feeling hurt…FEEL IT!!!! For heaven’s sake Zach, you don’t know how many more times you will be able to feel your feelings hurt, or your ego bruised…EXPERIENCE THAT SHIT!!!!!” That’s really what I said in my mind by the way 😉

I thought that was the most profound thing God Intelligence has ever said to me…”FEEL IT!!!” Why would I resist such a crazy intense experience…simply because it wasn’t overwhelming joy?! No way sister christian! We have to feel!!! That is part of this experience we call human life! We MUST feel everything!!! Good, bad, ugly, dirty, gritty, funky monkey, all of it!!!!! That is what makes us feel alive baby!!! Why resist such a feeling!!!??? And you know what happened as soon as I began to FEEL the anger, not become the anger but FEEL the anger, it just let go. Isn’t that crazy?!

I was mad!!! I started the blame game…you know the, “Why did you bring her into my experience Creator?! That’s not fair that I feel this way and she doesn’t!” And when I became aware that I was doing that, that too faded. God Intelligence spoke and said, “I gave you exactly what you needed. I gave you exactly what you manifested based on your thoughts.” Of course! I DID bring her into my experience! It was a co-creation with the thoughts I was thinking and God Substance.

But what hit me so deeply was the fact of just FEELING the emotion! Just FEELING all of it…just in there…just heart hurting, chest tightening…all of it…and it felt so damn good!!!! Oh my heaven’s!!! My friends, as much as I have been preaching feeling good and joyous and Love, there is so much Love to be experienced in the hurt! SO MUCH!! I know that now! When we are aware that we are consciously wanting to experience the hurt, it no longer has power over us! When we consciously choose to experience it…WOW!!! Hurt has never felt so good!!! I’m going to have to intentionally call her more just so I can feel that again!!!

My brothers and sisters, we are here to experience the fullness of this reality! That means, ups and downs, swirls and twirls, joy and pain, hot and cold, nitty and gritty, all of it!!! And when we accept that fact…that we’re not just here for the cake but don’t want a spanking or 2 ;)–ladies that’s for you ;)–that’s when life becomes fun!!! This coming from the guy that’s always smiling, but I’m telling you…man, some hurt can make you feel so alive!!! Give yourself the Power! It belongs to you! Emotions and thoughts will come and go. And you can choose to experience them as a passing cloud in the sky, observe it, feel it fully, and watch it leave…or you can say how dark that cloud is and even after it has passed you’ll still talk about how much rain came from it. It is really your choice…not the Infinite Intelligence’s, not the person that hurt you, not your parent’s, nobody’s but yours…always yours!

Trust me when I say that when you are no longer afraid to experience an emotion, this rollercoaster ride is going to become tons of fun!!! 😀 I can’t wait for the next one!!! Wishing you well on your journey my siblings!!!

LISTEN TO ME!!! Screams the Ego

As I have begun to write more, and speak more, regarding the Truths that I am consciously experiencing, I have been examining the way in which I deliver these messages; and the reason for why I want to deliver these messages. This has also caused me to examine the behaviors of others and the reason for their deliverance of these messages. Obviously I do not fully understand the reason for their words, but I can see patterns that arise that I resonate with.

When we speak, what is our general intent? Do you ever think about that? When I go out and I am speaking in a group I generally like to carry the conversation. Do you notice that as well? Do you like to be the “expert” on the topic that is being discussed? Do you like to have all eyes focused on you as you titillate the audience with your intellectual prowess? Or perhaps you are one of the individuals in the room that enjoys standing back and listening, perhaps looking to learn from the speaker, or possibly just tolerate him. 😉

When you speak in a group what is your intent? Even behind the reason that you wish to share knowledge? We all want to share knowledge, but what is even further behind that? Do you notice yourself forcing your way into a conversation at times so that you can add your opinion, or Truths that resonate with you? What is that? What is it that makes us want to be “seen?” Or, what is it that makes us want to hide?

Well my dear brothers and sisters, that is our ego. It’s that little part of our mind that wants the glory. That little part of the mind that says, “Hey, these are MY thoughts, and they are right, and everyone should hear them!” Oh the ego, how you make me giggle. Think about it my friends. When someone says something that you agree with or disagree with isn’t it almost a natural response to get in the middle and be like, “Hey everybody, check it out I’ve got something to say…now get your eyes and ears over here!” Or, on the other hand, “What I have to say isn’t good enough and everyone will laugh at my statement.”

Can you see that in your life? Can you remember experiences when that has happened? I for sure can think of about 1,000 instances when I have acted that way.

Why is it not enough that we silence our mind, our ego, and listen? Is that okay? I am not writing this because I am judging, that is the ego’s doing ;), but because I see it happening in my experience so much…I see myself doing it quite often. I would like for us to just be aware of our behaviors. This is a new age, the age of unity, collectivity, oneness, understanding, compassion, and unity ;). Many of us are now consciously becoming wayshowers, beams of Light, and it is important to realize that we, as individuals, are not the only teachers. If we allow our ego to interfere with our growth then we will slow our progress.

We are a collective, experiencing through our subjective reality, here to co-create with our beautiful brothers and sisters. It is important for us to find silence within ourselves and be open to teachers along our path. These teachers may come about in the unlikeliest of ways, our children, friends, family, acquaintances, animals. We must be quiet enough within ourselves to recognize when our teachers appear. If we are always forcing our way into the situation, when will we have time to allow the message to sink in? We must bring awareness into every aspect of our life, understand when it is time to listen and when it is time to speak. The ego will always strive for acknowledgement, but our True Self is always content knowing that no amount of words can compare to a heart full of Truth. We do not need to shout and force someone to realize their Divinity, when we demonstrate Divinity, that is all one needs to hear.

So, as most of you have figured out, this was mainly Me writing to myself, but I think it is something we can all begin to bring about in our own lives. To remain conscious of the reasons behind our words and actions, as well as when silence must be explored, and in turn bring about quicker growth. Wishing you Love and wellness on your journey!

I’m Only Human…..SAY WHAT?!

We have all heard the saying, “I’m only human, I make mistakes.” We use this statement as if being human has a limited meaning to it. As if being human we are somehow less than the Creator. Is it not stated that man is made in the image and likeness of God? In Old Sanskrit likeness means exactness. Man is the exactness of God…man is God.

“I’m only human,” we say, as if that is a bad thing. What, you’re only an extension of the Divine?! What, you’re only perfection expressed in a physical temple?! What, you’re only the True expressor of Love?! We ARE God, and that is somehow a negative thing?

And then we claim that we “make mistakes.” When you think about it, what is a mistake? Is it not simply an experience? It is merely an experience that you deemed to be negative somehow, that you may or may not have consciously learned from. Yet, all in all, it was only an experience. And then you berate yourself for having done something that you felt was less than what you were worthy of doing. Or you keep your attention focused on this experience that didn’t feel great while you experienced it. My dear brothers and sisters, you never could, nor ever will, make a mistake.

We don’t make mistakes we just have experiences. That is it. Yet if you allow yourself to believe the ideas put forth by others that you are somehow a sinner, or by having a certain experience you are bad, then you are a slave. You become a slave to others through your lack of acknowledgement that you are wholly and truly Divinity having experiences.

Can you see this? Can you look past the beliefs that have restrained you for so long and acknowledge your True beauty? Can you look beyond the idea that you are somehow less than the Creator? Why would an Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, all-Loving Presence create you as a limited being that would walk around messing up? Why would you choose to come forth as an expression of this Creator in a limited form? We are not limited in our True state. We become limited through our lack of acknowledging Who We Are and why we are here.

What if on your very first day of birth you were told that the name human meant a perfect expression of God? That you, and all your earth brothers and sisters were not only able, but destined, to express Love, Light, and Truth fully? That you were the conduit through which Divinity moved? That you are God, experiencing this reality through a physical vessel in order to expand the Cosmos and learn? That each moment through your life experience would allow you to learn, to remember? That every experience would be a glorious reminder of the Presence that pervades all things, that You are? That each time you acted from the ego, not your heart, you would be reminded of how to act from the heart?

How would you interpret the world differently if you were told these things? How would you have lived your life? Now that you hear these words that resonate with your soul, how will you interpret the world differently? How will you live your life?

We can look back on our lives saying, “Man, I made a lot of mistakes in my life,” and you can choose to realize how you’ve grown from those, or you can see that you are still unforgiving of yourself. But when we realize that we didn’t come to this reality to play it safe, that we came to get dirty, to have our hearts uplifted, to have our hearts hurt, to laugh, to cry, to smile, to jump up and down, to fall over, to inadvertently say something, to apologize for it, to laugh uncontrollably, to bear hug like nobody’s business, to sing out of tune, to kiss passionately, and most of all to BE Love, that is when we can look back and say, “Geez, I had quite a life, abundant with fruitful experiences!”

We are here now, having experiences. There is no need to judge them, that is not our purpose. We’re here to experience this reality to its fullness as an extension of the One. Each moment is blessed as we are blessed. Until next time my dear brothers and sisters. ❤

GUN CONTROL…

Totally suckered you in with that title didn’t I 😉 This post is actually about…….okay, it’s a short little ditty on rights. First and foremost, all of you that read these things know that I absolutely love Love. I know that soon we will all understand that connection and will have no need for weapons because we will see that by hurting another we are hurting ourselves. That being said, and seeing as this gun control topic is very prevalent, I want to expand the minds of those who think the guns should go.

First, guns are our Second Amendment right. The constitution was not written as a legal right. It was written as the rights of being a human being…of being a Being of the Creator. Most people don’t understand that. The constitution is more of a spiritual rights book than a legal one. So, as being a spiritual being you have the right to bear arms. Obviously sounds funny, but they just got done fighting a war. 😉

The Second Amendment was so important because they had just fought a government that was corrupt and had pretty much turned it’s country into a slave nation, much like the US is today. You might think you are physically free, but you still have to pay for the necessities that will sustain your body temple, as well as clothe and shelter it. You are a slave until you recognize you are far beyond the physical body and no organization or corporation can dictate your Spirit. Now let’s not get off topic.

Our government is now a similar government mimicking 1700 Britain. Our government is like that because…yes because of the monetary structure and our lack of understanding of who we really are. If you don’t believe me do some honest research with an open-mind and you will see it is true. Our government is corrupt. It is the same government that the founding fathers fought to declare this country, “The land of the free!”

We were to be a symbol for the world of what every man and woman were innately endowed with…even though the founding fathers only saw that freedom for white people :/ This country was to be a beam of Light (Statue of Liberty) for the rest of the world. To shine so bright and lovely that we would be a demonstration of how to treat each other, how to love each other, and I see that day in our near future…getting off topic again.

If you refuse to believe that your government is out to fully enslave you, then open your eyes. Look at the homeless rates, look at the drug rates, look at suicide rates. Why else would somebody choose these things unless the system they lived in felt no compassion for the people it was suppose to be working for? To be helping?

Guns are our right so that we can protect our body temples. So that we can protect the body temples of those who are unable to. They are to protect us from a tyrannical government out to enslave it’s people. When we soon all embody our true selves we will allow those people to destroy themselves, until they realize that Truth as well, while we create our realities of Love and Oneness. It is our right as spiritual beings of the Creator to bear arms.

Now if you still doubt, ask yourselves why if a gun ban goes into effect why all the guns are not confiscated? I am all for that discussion. Why not simply get rid of ALL firearms so that if people want to hurt each other they do it with their hands? Think my friends…THINK! You were born to ask questions, and we were born with a perfect system of intuition…does that make sense that the government would try to ban guns from the public and not itself? Why would it do such a thing? Why take away guns from the majority and maintain them to protect the minority? Why would Obama sign a law to give government officials security for life? THINK my friends…THINK!!!!

Last thing…the government officials have to be protected by somebody…and those people are part of the majority. Those people are US! Do not allow your brothers and sisters to enter into the military! And if they are…do your best to explain to them the Truth! Awaken them so that they will not fight you. My dear brothers and sisters, at this point in time, with where the majority of people are in their understanding, guns are our right. Soon we will be to an understanding of Unity and weapons will no longer be needed, trust me on that. However, currently they are our right. A person can have as many 100 round magazines as he wishes because it is his right! It is our right.

I want to leave you with this. The best thing we can do to change this is focus our attention elsewhere. Will there be an uprising? Possibly. But the way we can affect the whole is to awaken ourselves. Turn off the TV. Stop watching what news channels say and do independent research. When you feel that you have knowledge share that with others. Bring that awareness to them as well so that they may do the same. Most importantly however, is to walk with compassion and Love in your heart. Even if somebody is trying to enslave you remember that that is the karma that is pressed upon their Spirit, not yours. Be compassionate towards those who wish to hurt you, because they do it out of ignorance and limited thinking. Be kind towards those who harbor ill will towards you, because that will always return to them, not you. BE LOVE. For when we embody Light no darkness can ever impose upon that. The darkness may do it’s very best to impose itself upon the Light, but the more it struggles to push its way through the more the Light encompasses it and shines right through. BE LOVE, BE Light, BE Truth, BE Yourself because that is who you are. Do not allow the fear and ignorance of others to affect your Light.

Do not fight each other, awaken yourself and see that we are all brothers and sisters, we are in this together, it is our task to change the world, and we must bring that peace, Love, and Unity to our present, TOGETHER!!!

Intellectualizing Spirit

Spirit is not something to be intellectualized, something to be conceptualized by the mind, but to be felt and experienced, something to BE. When we conceptualize Spirit with our limited minds we confine the expansiveness and limitlessness that is Spirit. Instead of aiming to understand Spirit, aim to experience Spirit…aim to walk with Infinite Presence every moment. Let go of the need to localize Spirit so that you may understand it. Close your eyes, feel your breath moving through your body temple, and let go. Let go of the need to define Spirit through the intellect, and simply experience it’s wholeness. Do not confuse yourself with this channel or that channel, or this affirmation or that affirmation, or this angel or that pleiadian…let go. Let go and experience the Infinite that all these messengers tell you about. Let go and BE that. We ARE that. Let go and experience who you really are. Close your eyes, breathe, and let go. Experience and BE Spirit.

We’re Broccoli Baby!!!

When you look at a whole broccoli, you see that as you look closer there are little branches that form as part of, and make, the whole broccoli…then as you look closer you see that there are branches off the branches…and then branches off of branches…then finally the little flowers at the end of those branches. All the while each branch a miniature expression of the bigger branch, an exact replica, just happens to look smaller. Each one of us are those flowers! You can look at yourself and say, “Hey I’m just a flower.” But you are so much more! You’re the whole broccoli…we all are!!! We’re just smaller perfect replicas of the image that is the whole! We’re broccoli baby!!!! You can either see yourself as the flower or the broccoli…always your choice!

The things that Spirit shows me when I cook! Hahaha!! ♥

Do You Ever Wonder Why?

Do you ever wonder why people do drugs? Do you ever wonder why people become addicted to things? Do you ever wonder why there are so many people homeless or living in poverty? Do you ever wonder why people sell drugs? Do you ever wonder why things are happening to so many? Have you ever spoken and actually had a conversation with a homeless person? Have you ever spoken with a young man forced to sell drugs because he was born into a family in South Central L.A. and was told that he was stupid, so he entered into the family business, gangs, and met people that he felt were like him and could bond with (people who were also called stupid)?

It is not enough that we accept what the TV tells us. It is not enough that we hide our Light because we are afraid to go against the status-quo. It is not enough that we shy away from others with dominant opinions even if that opinion insults not only our souls, but also our brothers and sisters. Question…question absolutely everything if it does not resonate with your heart. Do not just accept it because it sounds good. Accept it because it resonates with your soul.

You are here in this moment! You chose to be here in this moment in time to make a change! We are here Now, at a shift in the consciousness of humanity! It is our very purpose, our duty, to awaken! We chose NOW! We said we would enter into this reality and be a guiding Light for all our brothers and sisters! Those of you reading this KNOW that! You feel that with every fiber of your being as you read these words! You chose NOW!

If you feel you have not remained on that path, that is okay! Because NOW you are aware of that, and NOW you can step right back on! We are here to realign with our understanding of who we really are, and see that in all our brothers and sisters as well! Because our brother made bad choices does not make him a bad person…he may not have had the tools to see other options. Our brother Jesus said, “Judge not, lest ye be judged.” Our brother Jesus, a great master, showed us the way. He showed us the way to recognize our Divinity as he recognized His! Each and every one of us are on our own unique journey of remembering that we are Divine, eternal beings! We are all climbing to the mountain peak and each and every one of us is starting at a different point at the bottom. And as such, we must remember that we need not judge our brother or sister, but see the Divinity that resides in them as it dwells within us!

My dear family, we are here NOW to awaken. To look past the illusion that our worth is dependent upon the job we have, the car we drive, the money in our bank account, the clothes we wear, the home we reside in. For when we leave these physical bodies behind we will understand that our worth was never dependent upon these things. Our worth has never been in question to our Higher Self! Through the eyes of our ascended brothers and sisters, through the eyes of Divine Principle, our worth has always been in perfect standing. And it is our job to remember that!

Your worth has never been in question!! It is our job to see that in ourselves and in all our brothers and sisters. Do not be afraid to ask why things are happening…but when you ask why, go as deep into the question as possible. Why did someone murder? Was he abused as a child and watched his mother raped? Why did someone steal? Was he starving and the only way to feed himself was to steal? None of these reasons makes any of it okay, but with an understanding comes compassion. Ask these questions the next time to recognize yourself passing judgement. We are not here to judge, we are here to awaken and correct the injustices that have occurred in this reality for far too long. History continues to repeat itself if we do not open our eyes. Choose to be your our guiding Light!

Declare to yourself that you will no longer accept something until it resonates with your heart. Declare to yourself that you will awaken and see past the illusion that is perpetuated in a limited mind-set. Declare to yourself that you will smile at every one of your brothers and sisters because they ARE a part of you. Declare to yourself that you will be of service to humanity by aligning with your True Self. Declare to yourself that you will realize your own Divinity and go forth into the world with that presence.

Our time is NOW! Now we must affect the outcome of this world. Now we must go forth into our communities and make a change no matter how small or big that might be. Now is the time to BE the change we wish to see in this world! It is all NOW my dear family! I hope to those that read these words you see that these are your words. They are the words of your own soul. BE the Light you know within that you are! Shine so bright that no darkness can come close to you and you Light the way for others! This is OUR task! We will succeed! I Love you all!!!

Why Do You Fear?

Love - Fear

What are you afraid of my dear friends? Not spiders, not heights, but why are you afraid to open your awareness? I ask you this question genuinely and for you to determine yourself. why are you afraid? Why will you not allow yourself to open your awareness to the possibility that you are an unlimited being capable of the most wonderful feats? Why are you afraid to look beyond the veil of illusion?

I ask you these questions because I once asked myself these questions, and I still ask myself these questions from time to time. We all must ask ourselves these questions if we are to begin living the life that we know is possible for us. We must not get lost on the reason for the fear, but simply acknowledge it and understand it so that we may move past it.

Why are you afraid to look beyond the illusory qualities that designate a person’s worth? To see that no material characteristics can equal the worth of the Truth? Material worth does not designate a spiritual being’s wealth. And yet I see so many of us chasing an illusion that does not fulfill the soul. Yes, unfortunately at this time in this reality money is needed to fulfill the basic necessities to sustain an earthly body. But does always chasing that fulfill your soul?

We work so hard on demonstrating an image, an idea, through our bodies that we forget to sustain our true selves, our inner selves. We buy certain clothes, we do our hair a certain way, we workout and diet to alter our body temple, never realizing that all the time we spent designing and rebuilding the temple we have forgot what the temple was intended for.

What are you afraid of? Why do you refuse to question the reality you live in? Why do you refuse to believe that love will always conquer all. Not romantic love, but the very substance that is the Universe. Why do you refuse to entertain the thought that you are the highest expression of God, that you are God? What are you afraid of?

Why do you refuse to question a system that seeks to enslave you? Nature knows no money. Animals do not exist in a pay for service system. Why do you refuse to question who you are? You are an eternal expression of God that has come forth into this reality to experience it’s fullness. If the system does not support that, then don’t you ever wonder why? What are you afraid of?

If this is the one chance you get, what are you doing to leave behind a better society for those who will come after you? What are you afraid of? What are you afraid of? What are you afraid of?!?!?!

It is a simple choice…between fear and Love. It is YOUR choice. You can continue to see the world as the TV tells you to…seeing what’s new in fashion, the “health scares” that are going around, living vicariously through a rich actor or actress. Or, you can begin to live your life…engaging in conversation with new friends, helping a community organization, listening and/or making beautiful music, dancing, closing your eyes and feeling your breath, listening within for the answers to your unlimited potential. It is a simple choice…between fear and Love.

Question your fears. When you understand them, you realize they exist only in your perception of a limited Universe. We are unlimited! We are eternal! We are Love! Feel that and know that for yourself…cultivate that knowing. We are Love.
