As I was laying on the floor a few moments ago, listening to “Glass Jar” by Tristan Prettyman, a montage of an ex, whom I still love, and myself began to run through my mind. As the notes of the guitar played images flooded my mind of me holding her, of us arguing in the kitchen, of her upset with me because of my actions, with me abruptly and childishly leaving the bed to sleep on the couch, and I realized…Ah Ha!! All these experiences have given rise to the beauty-full relationship I now desire.
Each one of those experiences with this person caused me to want more. With every unwanted situation, contrast, I unconsciously shot a rocket of desire for that which I DID want to experience. For every argument, I desired to experience a person who understood my opinion…for every yelling match, I desired to have an open-ended discussion…for every night going to bed angry, I desired to go to bed in love…for every unexpressed feeling, I desired to have a verbally-open partner. With every unwanted situation I unconsciously told the Universe exactly what I DID want to experience.
It is our job as creators, as extensions of God, as extensions of the One, to experience the contrast in this reality and from there be cognizant of what we DO wish to experience and hold that as our dominant thought and intention. With every experience of not having enough money, we tell the Universe that we want to have more money. With every experience of feeling fat or unattractive, we tell the Universe we want to feel fit and healthy. With every unwanted fight with our partner, we tell the Universe we want to experience more Love and affection with our partner.
We don’t create abundance by talking about all the bad situations we are experiencing, about all the lackful experiences we are having, with how ugly we feel, because the Universe will give us more of the essence of those thoughts…more experiences to make us feel lost, or poor, or ugly…because the Universe simply mimics what we send out through our thoughts. Once we experience those situations we then know exactly what we do want…to be grounded, financially abundant, and beautiful.
The trick to manifestation is holding our inner sight to that which we are wanting to experience. “As is your sight, so is your creation.” “That which is like unto itself is drawn.” “The rich get rich the poor get poorer.”
As we hold our dominant thoughts to that which we are wanting to experience and having positive expectation about the manifestation of those things they then show up in our experience. As we have faith and believe that the Universe is providing us exactly what we are holding as our dominant thoughts, we then see proof that we are Creators of our own realities. We are the Universe experiencing Itself. As we hold true to our inner sight, as we believe that which we are wanting is already ours, the Universe then moves through us in the form of inspiration so that It may experience Itself in the form of those manifested experiences. It aligns all things, people, circumstances, so that It may experience Itself through you.
And it all happened as the result of experiencing the contrast, the unwanted. Do not get stuck up on what has happened in the past, for they are gifts for what you can Now experience in your present. You are an extension of the One Creative Principle and you are Divine. Remember that the experiences we may call, the shit, is all part of allowing you to remember how incredibly Power-full you are as an extension of Source. You are here to experience ALL of life, and from that choose what you are wanting to experience. Remember who you are, and what you are capable of, for that is what you came here to do.

LADIES, WHAT DO YOU WANT IN A MAN?
UncategorizedThis title is a trick question, because ladies let’s be honest…what you want in your head and what you want in your heart do not always match up…nor does it always match up for men. I absolutely LOVE talking about relationships because they are so much FUN! I want to write this not only for my sisters so that you can consciously understand why you are doing what you are doing at times, but for my brothers so that you can stop blaming your woman for your failures and shortcomings. So, this post is meant for those women with a Feminine Essence and men with a Masculine Essence. To recognize if you have a Feminine or Masculine Essence ask yourself, “Do I want to be ravaged or be the ravager?” The Feminine wants to be ravaged by the Masculine and opened to God, and the Masculine wants to ravage and break through the chaos of the Feminine so that it can experience God. With that being said, here we go…
Sisters, first and foremost, do not expect your man to fully understand you. You can hardly consciously understand yourselves, and no matter how many romantic comedies you watch, no man will ever FULLY understand you. Will a man who is fully embodied in his Divinity be more aware of you and be able to flow with you more easily, absolutely…but do not expect your man to know exactly what you want. Secondly, recognize that as a Feminine Essence, you are the embodiment of the totality of Life. You are the ocean of Consciousness and Love, you are the chaos of Life, you need movement, your need expressive expansion, you are nurturing, you are healing, you are the Goddess.
As a woman with a Feminine Essence you want your opposite, we all do. The Feminine wants her Masculine counterpart to enter into the Unity of Life. I am not saying that you NEED your counterpart because ultimately we all have aspects of both the Masculine and Feminine but we tend to be predominantly one. So the Feminine wants to open to Infinite Consciousness through her partnership with the Masculine. Ladies, if you can understand this next point you will begin to understand why you are attracted to jerks…
A Masculine Essence is stability, is rigidity, is directiveness, is take-control-ive-ness, is Light, is active, is direct movement, is grounded Presence. Most men, especially after they have been in a relationship for a while, my past-self included, lose sight that they are Infinite Focused Presence. They become wimpy and push-overs. There responses become, “Yes dear…Okay dear…why are you so naggy dear?” They begin to blame their woman for their short-comings because they think if they don’t succumb to their woman’s wants they will lose her.
What a woman’s heart truly wants is her King. She wants a man who she can trust. She wants a man who will show the world that she is HIS. She wants a man to worship her Inner Goddess. She wants to be seen as the object of pure desire in her man’s eyes. She wants to unconsciously test her man again and again and again and know that his strength will not be moved. She wants a man who is so strong in his Presence that nothing can move his core. She wants a man who is giving his gift to the world with full openness, penetrating all barriers that life seems to throw his way. She wants a man that she can put her faith in and know that he will walk with her as he holds her hand. A woman who when confused at life around her, can come to her man and be calmed by his humor and in his loving!
I say these things and I do not mean a man who will not do the dishes, who will not love his children, who is so rigid that he will not change his beliefs, but a man that is so present within himself that he can wash the dishes with fluidity, that can love his children with his whole heart, and that will adapt to new thoughts and beliefs that come his way.
A superior man cannot be drained by the world because in giving his gift he is constantly renewed.
Each woman who reads this will say YES! YES I do! But women, you must also recognize that you CHOSE your partner. You chose him for some reason. It could been because your Feminine was attracted to his Masculine, it could have been because you settled because the sex was good, it could have been for a variety of reasons, but you did choose your man. The question you would ask yourself is do I trust my man with my heart? If I don’t trust my man with my heart, why am I not opening fully to life? As a Feminine Essence you thrive when you are open and accepting of life. The ocean does not fight the rain, it accepts it. You do not have to accept anger and abuse, but you do have to make the conscious choice to be open to life with a full heart…for there will you experience the joy of Femininity.
Now, men, my brothers, Masculine Essences, being Masculine does not mean being a meat-head. It does not mean forcing anything upon anyone. It does not mean holding so rigid that you break. It does not mean being butch and egoic. It means that you have the choice right now to live true to the words of your heart. To be grounded and to walk with that Presence. It means to find the deepest gift of your heart, and to share it unendingly with the World.
Being Masculine means taking the challenges of your women as gifts to able to stay center in your Being and penetrate all choas. These are gifts that your woman is providing you to strengthen your inner knowing and to trust fully in that knowing…
I will end this post here for today. My dear sisters, thank you for being the goddesses that you are! My dear brothers, thank you for being the Gods that you are! Now choose to embody fully your Essence and live true to that always! Until next time…

YOU HAVE A CHOICE…
UncategorizedAs I write this first line my heart if filled with confusion and anger. I have just watched a video of a beauty-full young dog being shot to death by a police officer. My response to watching such a horrific act was wanting to punish that police officer forever!! To make him realize what a horrific act he has portrayed and see that he suffers!!!
However, in the instant that I wished harm upon this fear-full man, I recognized a stronger pull within me. A pull towards understanding what the contrast of the video has caused within me. A pull towards looking at this situation from a broader perspective, one that I am always preaching to others…a pull towards compassion and gratitude for this beauty-full puppy. I realized that if I became angry, I had no power to enact change within the hearts of others, and that puppy’s life would have been for loss. Instead, this puppy has given me a gift…a gift of awakening.
You see my lovelies, in watching this video I now know what it is that I DO want. I want for ALL my brothers and sisters to recognize their own Divinity!! I want ALL my brothers and sisters to see that they are the embodiments of Love and that fear is the illusion of this time-space reality!! I want ALL my brothers and sisters to KNOW without a question of a doubt that we are all connected on a Soul level!! Your soul, my soul, the puppy’s soul, are all One!! I want ALL my brothers and sisters to recognize that as we hurt one another, mentally, emotionally, physically, we ARE hurting ourselves! I want ALL my beauty-full brothers and sisters to recognize that this body you are in is an illusion…a falsity…and that our True Essence is that of God!!!
I want, for myself, to embody my Divine right, as the Son of God. I want to fully establish my Christ-hood. I want to fully awaken within myself the True knowing that I am God, and that You are God, and that we ALL are God, and we are here to experience all of life! I want to embody my Self consciously so greatly that you all have no choice but to come with me! As my soul expands, your soul expands, and we all are lifted to new heights of awareness and consciousness!! I want to embody the Infinite Light so that it illumines us all and takes us to Infinite understanding.
You see my lovelies, right now in this moment I have an understanding that this beauty-full puppy has come into my life to help me realize that there is only a stream of well-being. There is NO darkness! There is NO evil!! There is no devil!! These are illusions that we have collectively conceived and propagated in this illusory reality! There is only a stream of wellness, of Light, of Truth, and we have the CHOICE to let that stream of Life pour through us, or we can pinch it off! It is our CHOICE whether we embody Love or fear. It is OUR CHOICE!!! Nobody can force us to turn on a dark switch because it does not exist. We do not walk into a room and turn on the dark switch. We can CHOOSE to turn on the Light switch and walk within the illumination it provides, or we can CHOOSE to keep it off. It is OUR CHOICE!!
Not allowing this stream of well-being to course through us causes us to feel fearful! That police officer, chose to act in such a way that embodied fear, to resist the well-being, he held no true inner power as he pulled the trigger of his gun, it was done from fear and a place of isolation, disconnected from Source. Had he embodied Love and allowed the stream of well-being to flow, he would have calmly subdued this puppy, and the puppy would have acted in kind.
You see my friends we have a CHOICE!!! We always have a CHOICE! We have a choice to Love or to fear. We have a choice to let the well-being that is our natural state to flow openly, or we can choose to resist it. The choices we make dictate the experiences we have. We have a choice to consciously and deliberately choose thoughts that are in harmony with Source, the Essence that is You, or we can choose to think thoughts that are not in harmony with Source. You will know that you are in harmony or disharmony with Source by the way you feel…when you feel good you are in harmony with Source, when you feel bad you are in disharmony with Source. It is that simple.
You have a choice to feel grateful for all the blessings in your life and Source will respond with giving you even more things to be grateful for! Or you can focus on what you are not getting and Source will give more things to not feel grateful for. It is all your CHOICE!!! Where you put your thoughts is what will manifest in this reality.
You are a Power-full creator!! You are truly and fully an extension of God!!! You came forth to experience this reality and through the contrast and the ability to focus you knew you would create your reality, the problem is…you forgot who you are! Your body, on an atomic level, is 99.9999999% space. As you realize that the atoms of your body respond to the thoughts you are thinking you can realize that simply by changing your thoughts you can create a whole new body! On an atomic level you don’t exist! You are vibrational beings, experiencing this vibrational reality, come forth to create your reality through the sifting around of contrast and the ability to focus on what it is you desire.
This beauty-full puppy has caused me to remember that my wanting for a girlfriend, or wanting for more money, is inconsequential when it comes to all the things I have to be grateful for! I can CHOOSE to be thankful for an incredible family, a healthy body, healthy food to eat, beauty-full loving puppies, clothes on my back, clean water to drink, an Iphone, a bed to sleep in, and on and on and on, or I can choose to look at what I don’t have. But this puppy gave his life for the Love he felt in his heart for the man whom he loved…and this puppy I am grateful for!! I don’t hate the police officer who shot him, nor do I wish harm upon this officer, because in his own heart he is suffering a battle far more difficult than I could ever press upon him. Instead I wish that this officer finds peace and recognizes he has the ability to HELP and to CHOOSE Love. I am grateful because I know the soul of this puppy is Me and the Love that he is expressing to me brings tears to my eyes and fills my heart. His re-emergence into Non-physical was not in vain, he gave us a gift…
The gift for the ability to remember that we can CHOOSE!!!

THINGS ARE FALLING APART FOR A REASON…

We have to believe that all the walls that are tumbling down around us are so that we can see the Light of the Sun that has been hidden for so long. We have to believe that everything that we held so dear that is coming crashing down is Spirit’s way of opening us up to all that is headed our way. We have to have faith that as all the beliefs we held true that made us believe the illusion come completely undone, the Infinite supply of Divine abundance will shine it’s Light upon us.
You see, I remembered today that Great Creative Principle wants to work through us. That aspect of our Self, that is beyond our body, beyond our minds, our True Self, wants and has a purpose to fulfill. We came to this earth experience as spiritual beings in human forms so that we may experience the grandeur of this reality and to fulfill the purpose we set forth for ourselves. Some of us are conscious of that purpose, others are still looking, but most of us, when we truly quiet our thoughts and listen to our hearts, know what purpose we have come forth to fulfill.
This purpose, I should add, is what you want it to be. If you can fathom being an Infinite Being with unlimited potential, wanting to strengthen your inner knowing and belief in yourself as an extension of the Creative Source, wouldn’t it sound like fun to head on down to Earth and express that creative potential and in doing so lift the whole of humanity? You, as a spiritual being, chose to come forth into this reality at this time so that you may live the purpose you set forth for yourself and uplift humanity! We all did! And that purpose is very easy to find, or realize. All you have to do is ask yourself one simple question…
“What uplifts my heart of hearts and fulfills me more than anything else? When I do _____________________________ I could do it absolutely all day, every day, and not grow weary. When I am__________________________I feel like time slows down and I feel completely full of life and invigorated with Love.”
Whatever you used to fill in the blank is your life purpose. That is why when you take part in that you can do it all day and you love it so much! By feeling good we are in alignment with what the Mother/Father Principle is wanting for us. You came forth with the intention of remembering that you are a beauty-full creative extension of the One, and that you would allow Spirit, your Higher Self, to flow through you so that you would uplift humanity and Gaia, and that you would feel the delicious creative expansion of this life experience!
The reason so many things always fall apart can be deduced to 1 reason, you are not respecting your soul and living true to your heart…you are not fulfilling your purpose. God is constantly removing you from this environment or that environment, or this job or that job, or this relationship or that relationship, and doing It’s best to give you the reminders of what your life purpose is, but you keep resisting the flow of life. At times don’t we think we know better than God. Truthfully? We think we know how things should unfold, and in what manner, and when they don’t go exactly as we planned we get upset or sad or depressed or feel like things aren’t working in our favor, when in actuality all the things that are coming undone are gifts!
You are asking for help…Source is responding saying, “Yes, you are right, you DO deserve that!”…so the Universe begins to rearrange what comes into and out of your life, but then you start seeing things coming undone and you think, “Hey! I thought things were suppose to be coming in, not falling apart.”…and so you resist the changes that are making it possible to experience all the desires you want to experience and to begin living your life purpose.
You are NOT smarter than the Infinite Creative Principle!!!
As we realize that the Universe is not smiting us, but rather reorganizing itself so that we can share our deepest gifts to the world, we can begin to relax. This is the faith component. As we begin to hold true to the belief that the Universe wants to work through us and will rearrange itself for us so that I can share our gifts to the world, life becomes a game. The stress of finding the job, or hustling to make that paper, or running around like a chicken with its head cut off, subsides and we can then listen to the inspiration we are being given so that we can take inspired action.
Our hearts will be open to receiving the guidance of talking to this person, or eating lunch at that restaurant, or going to the gym at this time, or taking a right at this light, or, or ,or…the possibilities are endless. As we let go of trying to figure out how everything will happen, and have faith that it is and has already happened, we find that place of stillness within ourselves where our true Power lies. That place of nirvana where we trust that our Source is leading us to exactly where we want to go and in the way where we can give our deepest gifts!
It is time that we remember that we are here to give our gifts and Source is always supporting us. It is time that we remember who we are and have faith in the God Principle of which we are united. May you be reunited with your Truth!

WHEN…?
UncategorizedIt has been some time since I have decided to write, but tonight I ask myself…When will we come together as a collective and no longer allow our differences to cause us to fight one another? When will we look into each other’s hearts and see each other as family instead of getting lost on our appearances? When will we take our sight beyond the beliefs we have been taught and recognize our Infinite connectedness?
I ask myself this, and I ask all of you this, because our inability to let go of old beliefs that we have been taught by parents, family members, friends, elders, TV, radio, magazines, etc., are tearing us apart. Diversity is so beautiful on this Earth and yet we refuse to look at the beauty in it! Jesus said, “In order to be the Christ you must see the Christ in every face, in every form.” We must take our perception beyond what we have been taught, we must take our perception beyond what we have allowed ourselves to believe with our intellect, and allow ourselves to believe what we know in our hearts.
This Earth experience is here for us to experience God in every form…whether that be rain, clouds, sunshine, trees, wind, flowers, grass, rocks, sand, water, dogs, cats, elephants, birds, white people, black people, weird people (that’s most of us 😉 ), tall people, short people, English-speaking people, Spanish-speaking people, Blond people, brunette people, all of it is God!
We have forgotten that we are all united with the Great Creative Principle, God. Although it seems that we are separate from each other and God, we are truly all united, far more than we could ever comprehend with our intellect. We must look for perfection and Divinity in every form so that we may unify! So that we may remember why we are here as spiritual beings having a human experience! So that we walk through life with purpose and kindness always.
When do you think this will occur? When do you think our time will come to unite as a collective? The only time can be now! It can not be in a year, or ten years, or one hundred years, or never as some would say. We must start NOW to see each other as brothers and sisters of the same Divine family! All the great mystics, prophets, and Masters have always said we must treat each other as brothers and sisters for we are all the embodiment of Divinity. We are truly One.
Each day we must walk with a Presence that honors ALL the beauty of this life experience! Although a person’s actions or words may not seem to represent Divinity to you, continue to look upon those individuals, your brothers and sisters, with an undying Love. You must find that Light within you that will shine through any darkness and BE the Light for the collective! As you walk with such clarity and move with Divine guidance the heavens will be yours! They have always been ours without our understanding, but NOW is the time for remembrance! NOW is the time for the realization that we are all fingers of the hand of God. That your “enemy” deserves Love just as much as your friend because of our spiritual unity.
The time has come to release all old beliefs that have kept us restricted from realizing this Truth. Time has come to look beyond the skin color, the language, the clothing choices, the differences, and realize that these are all beauty-full extensions of the One. That diversity is beauty-full and meant to be cherished because it is all but God. We are here not to tolerate each other, but to Love each other unendingly. For in that Love we uplift the whole of the collective One.
I ask you to ask yourself, “Is it worth it for me to condemn someone because of his/her beliefs, actions, words, because they are not like mine? Can I accept and Love others although we do not look the same or have the same likes and interests? Will I choose Love or fear?” These are very important questions that we must ask ourselves in order that we may understand who we truly are and begin to change the world through the life we live. You are capable, you are beauty-full, I Love You. Let us come together and choose Love.

A video I thought I’d do on taking control f our lives…
Recognize Your Attachments and Breath INTO Them
UncategorizedSo tonight I had a very in-depth experience in certain attachments I hold very strong to based on certain images. And as soon as these emotions, based upon these images, came flooding up I found myself wanting to fight them. Instead I heard, “Acknowledge them…accept them.” And so I FELT them without pushing against them.
I can write to you all, my beauty-full brothers and sisters, as much as I want and give you advice…but tonight I recognized why I write to you. As I write to you, I write to myself. As I share with you and ask to question your beliefs, I share with myself and question my own beliefs. Tonight as I experienced the attachments I still hold very strong to, I realized that it is so much more fun to experience, truly experience, letting go. We have attachments, we have desires, and we have emotions attached to those desires. If the desire is not fulfilled the way we think it should be, we suffer. We hold on to how things “should be,” rather than looking deeper and realizing that they should be exactly as they are beyond our sight and within our hearts.
I hear often how “beyond my years” I am or how “awakened” I am, but in all honesty I am learning and growing consciously every day just as you are learning and growing every day. Life is truly about growing from where we are based on what we’ve learned to where we feel we are in our hearts.
Sometimes when I say or write things they make absolutely no sense to me, but when I re-read them I think, “Ah Ha!”
Now back to topic. When you see someone who has your perfect body and you feel sad, or when someone has the money you want and you become angry, or when someone you’re interested in has a girlfriend or boyfriend, acknowledge the emotion you’re feeling. Where do you feel the tensing of your body? Do you feel it in your heart? Do you feel it in your stomach? Does your throat tighten up? Does your breath get shallow? What does it feel like when you experience those emotions based on the attachment you have?
When you acknowledge the attachment that is the first step to freedom. You don’t have to wallow in the emotion and start getting yourself all worked up, simply acknowledge it exists, feel it in your body, recognize the thought you have at that time, close your eyes, and breathe into that area of your body. Say, “Okay, my heart hurts and my stomach is upset because I see this person with the body I want. I am thinking how I’ll never get to that body.” From there, close your eyes and breathe fully into your belly and chest expanding everything while saying to yourself, “In the deepest space of my heart I know my desires are fulfilled and I release all attachments to that desire. I have full faith that Spirit supports me in all ways.”
Now is this going to get rid of everything? Hell to the NO!!! 😉 I’m not promising you that you’ll get rid of the attachment fully! But I do promise that you will feel better and you will soon release yourself from the attachment. It takes some time to let go of the attachments you have built up within your mind and the response you have in your temple, however as you PRACTICE this more and more the emotional attachments will soon dissolve. Yes, it is a PRACTICE.
Do I have attachments? ABSOLUTELY!!! Who do you think I am?! 😉 What I have LEARNED to do is simply allow the attachment as it is and breathing into it. And through that breath and awareness I am more able to allow it to dissolve.
What I wanted to convey in this message is…accept that you have attachments, and recognize that they simply exist in your mind. As you recognize them and learn to breathe INTO them they no longer have power over you. You are no longer saddened by the smell of certain food, or the image of person, you are free to live the life you envision for yourself. You are free to experience life as it is rather than how your attachments distort it. You are FREE. You are now the director of your life, the experiencer of Love, and the director of Light.
