YOU HAVE A CHOICE…

As I write this first line my heart if filled with confusion and anger. I have just watched a video of a beauty-full young dog being shot to death by a police officer. My response to watching such a horrific act was wanting to punish that police officer forever!! To make him realize what a horrific act he has portrayed and see that he suffers!!!

However, in the instant that I wished harm upon this fear-full man, I recognized a stronger pull within me. A pull towards understanding what the contrast of the video has caused within me. A pull towards looking at this situation from a broader perspective, one that I am always preaching to others…a pull towards compassion and gratitude for this beauty-full puppy. I realized that if I became angry, I had no power to enact change within the hearts of others, and that puppy’s life would have been for loss. Instead, this puppy has given me a gift…a gift of awakening.

You see my lovelies, in watching this video I now know what it is that I DO want. I want for ALL my brothers and sisters to recognize their own Divinity!! I want ALL my brothers and sisters to see that they are the embodiments of Love and that fear is the illusion of this time-space reality!! I want ALL my brothers and sisters to KNOW without a question of a doubt that we are all connected on a Soul level!! Your soul, my soul, the puppy’s soul, are all One!! I want ALL my brothers and sisters to recognize that as we hurt one another, mentally, emotionally, physically, we ARE hurting ourselves! I want ALL my beauty-full brothers and sisters to recognize that this body you are in is an illusion…a falsity…and that our True Essence is that of God!!!

I want, for myself, to embody my Divine right, as the Son of God. I want to fully establish my Christ-hood. I want to fully awaken within myself the True knowing that I am God, and that You are God, and that we ALL are God, and we are here to experience all of life! I want to embody my Self consciously so greatly that you all have no choice but to come with me! As my soul expands, your soul expands, and we all are lifted to new heights of awareness and consciousness!! I want to embody the Infinite Light so that it illumines us all and takes us to Infinite understanding.

You see my lovelies, right now in this moment I have an understanding that this beauty-full puppy has come into my life to help me realize that there is only a stream of well-being. There is NO darkness! There is NO evil!! There is no devil!! These are illusions that we have collectively conceived and propagated in this illusory reality! There is only a stream of wellness, of Light, of Truth, and we have the CHOICE to let that stream of Life pour through us, or we can pinch it off! It is our CHOICE whether we embody Love or fear. It is OUR CHOICE!!! Nobody can force us to turn on a dark switch because it does not exist. We do not walk into a room and turn on the dark switch. We can CHOOSE to turn on the Light switch and walk within the illumination it provides, or we can CHOOSE to keep it off. It is OUR CHOICE!!

Not allowing this stream of well-being to course through us causes us to feel fearful! That police officer, chose to act in such a way that embodied fear, to resist the well-being, he held no true inner power as he pulled the trigger of his gun, it was done from fear and a place of isolation, disconnected from Source. Had he embodied Love and allowed the stream of well-being to flow, he would have calmly subdued this puppy, and the puppy would have acted in kind.

You see my friends we have a CHOICE!!! We always have a CHOICE! We have a choice to Love or to fear. We have a choice to let the well-being that is our natural state to flow openly, or we can choose to resist it. The choices we make dictate the experiences we have. We have a choice to consciously and deliberately choose thoughts that are in harmony with Source, the Essence that is You, or we can choose to think thoughts that are not in harmony with Source. You will know that you are in harmony or disharmony with Source by the way you feel…when you feel good you are in harmony with Source, when you feel bad you are in disharmony with Source. It is that simple.

You have a choice to feel grateful for all the blessings in your life and Source will respond with giving you even more things to be grateful for! Or you can focus on what you are not getting and Source will give more things to not feel grateful for. It is all your CHOICE!!! Where you put your thoughts is what will manifest in this reality.

You are a Power-full creator!! You are truly and fully an extension of God!!! You came forth to experience this reality and through the contrast and the ability to focus you knew you would create your reality, the problem is…you forgot who you are! Your body, on an atomic level, is 99.9999999% space. As you realize that the atoms of your body respond to the thoughts you are thinking you can realize that simply by changing your thoughts you can create a whole new body! On an atomic level you don’t exist! You are vibrational beings, experiencing this vibrational reality, come forth to create your reality through the sifting around of contrast and the ability to focus on what it is you desire.

This beauty-full puppy has caused me to remember that my wanting for a girlfriend, or wanting for more money, is inconsequential when it comes to all the things I have to be grateful for! I can CHOOSE to be thankful for an incredible family, a healthy body, healthy food to eat, beauty-full loving puppies, clothes on my back, clean water to drink, an Iphone, a bed to sleep in, and on and on and on, or I can choose to look at what I don’t have. But this puppy gave his life for the Love he felt in his heart for the man whom he loved…and this puppy I am grateful for!! I don’t hate the police officer who shot him, nor do I wish harm upon this officer, because in his own heart he is suffering a battle far more difficult than I could ever press upon him. Instead I wish that this officer finds peace and recognizes he has the ability to HELP and to CHOOSE Love. I am grateful because I know the soul of this puppy is Me and the Love that he is expressing to me brings tears to my eyes and fills my heart. His re-emergence into Non-physical was not in vain, he gave us a gift…

The gift for the ability to remember that we can CHOOSE!!!

WHEN…?

It has been some time since I have decided to write, but tonight I ask myself…When will we come together as a collective and no longer allow our differences to cause us to fight one another? When will we look into each other’s hearts and see each other as family instead of getting lost on our appearances? When will we take our sight beyond the beliefs we have been taught and recognize our Infinite connectedness?

I ask myself this, and I ask all of you this, because our inability to let go of old beliefs that we have been taught by parents, family members, friends, elders, TV, radio, magazines, etc., are tearing us apart. Diversity is so beautiful on this Earth and yet we refuse to look at the beauty in it! Jesus said, “In order to be the Christ you must see the Christ in every face, in every form.” We must take our perception beyond what we have been taught, we must take our perception beyond what we have allowed ourselves to believe with our intellect, and allow ourselves to believe what we know in our hearts.

This Earth experience is here for us to experience God in every form…whether that be rain, clouds, sunshine, trees, wind, flowers, grass, rocks, sand, water, dogs, cats, elephants, birds, white people, black people, weird people (that’s most of us 😉 ), tall people, short people, English-speaking people, Spanish-speaking people, Blond people, brunette people, all of it is God!

We have forgotten that we are all united with the Great Creative Principle, God. Although it seems that we are separate from each other and God, we are truly all united, far more than we could ever comprehend with our intellect. We must look for perfection and Divinity in every form so that we may unify! So that we may remember why we are here as spiritual beings having a human experience! So that we walk through life with purpose and kindness always.

When do you think this will occur? When do you think our time will come to unite as a collective? The only time can be now! It can not be in a year, or ten years, or one hundred years, or never as some would say. We must start NOW to see each other as brothers and sisters of the same Divine family! All the great mystics, prophets, and Masters have always said we must treat each other as brothers and sisters for we are all the embodiment of Divinity. We are truly One.

Each day we must walk with a Presence that honors ALL the beauty of this life experience! Although a person’s actions or words may not seem to represent Divinity to you, continue to look upon those individuals, your brothers and sisters, with an undying Love. You must find that Light within you that will shine through any darkness and BE the Light for the collective! As you walk with such clarity and move with Divine guidance the heavens will be yours! They have always been ours without our understanding, but NOW is the time for remembrance! NOW is the time for the realization that we are all fingers of the hand of God. That your “enemy” deserves Love just as much as your friend because of our spiritual unity.

The time has come to release all old beliefs that have kept us restricted from realizing this Truth. Time has come to look beyond the skin color, the language, the clothing choices, the differences, and realize that these are all beauty-full extensions of the One. That diversity is beauty-full and meant to be cherished because it is all but God. We are here not to tolerate each other, but to Love each other unendingly. For in that Love we uplift the whole of the collective One.

I ask you to ask yourself, “Is it worth it for me to condemn someone because of his/her beliefs, actions, words, because they are not like mine? Can I accept and Love others although we do not look the same or have the same likes and interests? Will I choose Love or fear?” These are very important questions that we must ask ourselves in order that we may understand who we truly are and begin to change the world through the life we live. You are capable, you are beauty-full, I Love You. Let us come together and choose Love.

Recognize Your Attachments and Breath INTO Them

So tonight I had a very in-depth experience in certain attachments I hold very strong to based on certain images. And as soon as these emotions, based upon these images, came flooding up I found myself wanting to fight them. Instead I heard, “Acknowledge them…accept them.” And so I FELT them without pushing against them.

I can write to you all, my beauty-full brothers and sisters, as much as I want and give you advice…but tonight I recognized why I write to you. As I write to you, I write to myself. As I share with you and ask to question your beliefs, I share with myself and question my own beliefs. Tonight as I experienced the attachments I still hold very strong to, I realized that it is so much more fun to experience, truly experience, letting go. We have attachments, we have desires, and we have emotions attached to those desires. If the desire is not fulfilled the way we think it should be, we suffer. We hold on to how things “should be,” rather than looking deeper and realizing that they should be exactly as they are beyond our sight and within our hearts.

I hear often how “beyond my years” I am or how “awakened” I am, but in all honesty I am learning and growing consciously every day just as you are learning and growing every day. Life is truly about growing from where we are based on what we’ve learned to where we feel we are in our hearts.

Sometimes when I say or write things they make absolutely no sense to me, but when I re-read them I think, “Ah Ha!”

Now back to topic. When you see someone who has your perfect body and you feel sad, or when someone has the money you want and you become angry, or when someone you’re interested in has a girlfriend or boyfriend, acknowledge the emotion you’re feeling. Where do you feel the tensing of your body? Do you feel it in your heart? Do you feel it in your stomach? Does your throat tighten up? Does your breath get shallow? What does it feel like when you experience those emotions based on the attachment you have?

When you acknowledge the attachment that is the first step to freedom. You don’t have to wallow in the emotion and start getting yourself all worked up, simply acknowledge it exists, feel it in your body, recognize the thought you have at that time, close your eyes, and breathe into that area of your body. Say, “Okay, my heart hurts and my stomach is upset because I see this person with the body I want. I am thinking how I’ll never get to that body.” From there, close your eyes and breathe fully into your belly and chest expanding everything while saying to yourself, “In the deepest space of my heart I know my desires are fulfilled and I release all attachments to that desire. I have full faith that Spirit supports me in all ways.”

Now is this going to get rid of everything? Hell to the NO!!! 😉 I’m not promising you that you’ll get rid of the attachment fully! But I do promise that you will feel better and you will soon release yourself from the attachment. It takes some time to let go of the attachments you have built up within your mind and the response you have in your temple, however as you PRACTICE this more and more the emotional attachments will soon dissolve. Yes, it is a PRACTICE.

Do I have attachments? ABSOLUTELY!!! Who do you think I am?! 😉 What I have LEARNED to do is simply allow the attachment as it is and breathing into it. And through that breath and awareness I am more able to allow it to dissolve.

What I wanted to convey in this message is…accept that you have attachments, and recognize that they simply exist in your mind. As you recognize them and learn to breathe INTO them they no longer have power over you. You are no longer saddened by the smell of certain food, or the image of person, you are free to live the life you envision for yourself. You are free to experience life as it is rather than how your attachments distort it. You are FREE. You are now the director of your life, the experiencer of Love, and the director of Light.

Why Are We Making This SO Difficult?!

Hello My Lovelies,

My dear brothers and sisters…why are we making this so damn difficult?! Why are we making this “spiritual” life so difficult for ourselves and others?! Here’s some insight for you…you don’t need to DO anything to BE who you are! You don’t need to do anything to embody Divinity. You don’t need to visualize the rainbow bridge to uplift Gaia. You don’t need to go to any sacred site and flood in the crystalline grid or anything else to shine your Light. The DOing is in recognize we ALL are Spirit and living true to that.

We consistently aim to intellectualize Spirit, to intellectualize what it is we need to do to help Gaia, to intellectualize our relationships with each other and God, intellectualize…intellectualize…intellectualize. No more! “Who am I?” “Why am I here?” “Where will I go?” “How do I ascend quicker?” Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Now I am sorry if I sound quite cynical tonight, but I consistently see others constantly doing this, and I also find myself doing this. Here’s a suggestion…relax! Those who are reading this would consider themselves, “spiritual,” “Light-bearers,” “Indigos,” whatever other title you’d like to proclaim…but here’s one for you…I AM. Simply I AM. No more titles, no more labels, no more intellectualizing Spirit, no more spiritualized egos, I AM. We are ALL here to change the world in some way! That is exactly why all 7 billion of us are here…to remember our deepest knowing, to live from that Truth, and to inspire others to see that within themselves…plain and simple.

“I need to meditate THIS way, facing THIS direction, visualizing THIS thing in order for me to bring Light into Gaia.” When Gaia simply needs you to BE the Light! The Light comes from no where else but the silent space within your own heart! You are the Eternal God present in a physical vessel! Gaia needs you to BE You! Gaia needs You to live from the Truth within your own heart! Gaia needs you to proclaim to yourself that You are Source, that You are Spirit, that You are Forever, simply…I AM!

And another thing…you don’t need to quicken anything!!! You already are that!!! If you have conceived it in thought, then somewhere, you ARE that! You don’t need to quicken your manifestations…you need to relax and enjoy the unfolding of them! You need to sit back and watch as the Universe yields to you the beauty of your desire. This life experience is not made to just keep manifesting and manifesting and manifesting and manifesting…what kind of fun would that be?! You came forth knowing that as you conceived anything in thought and held true to that vision that you would undoubtedly receive exactly what you asked for! You KNEW that the joyous FUN part would be in witnessing the unfolding of that desire! Not in receiving the desire…that is a given! You can’t help but receive! The fun was in KNOWING that you were already that which desired to be, that you already had all that you desired, and watching as the simplest demonstrations of Source express exactly what it is you saw yourself already having!

This works just as well with Gaia. Gaia already IS healed. Gaia already HAS attained fifth dimension ascension…the work is done, so now you can sit back relax and walk through life with the understanding that you are already where you want to be! In walking with that attitude you have already expressed more Light than 100 visualization sessions! If you’re always asking to manifest quicker, manifest quicker, manifest quicker, yet you never listen to the guidance you are receiving, how are you going to manifest at all? The manifestation comes in accordance with your faith and belief that it already IS! And when you have that unmoving faith you can enjoy all the synchronicities that show you exactly what is already here.

There is nothing intellectual about faith…that is only something you can FEEL. Life is not about intellect, intellect, intellect, it is about feeling. Why do you LOVE sex so much, because in the midst of that moment with another extension of yourself you are free of thought, you are fully enraptured in the moment, touching, smelling, tasting your lover and in the moment you are silent! Unless of course you are just humping then your mind is more than likely busy with other things 😉 The BEST parts of life are felt, not intellectualized. Our thoughts are a gift, our emotions are a gift, and they should be treated as such.

We don’t NEED to know exactly how we are going to ascend! We don’t NEED to know exactly how we have changed the world. We don’t NEED to know how we’ll meet our perfect partner. We don’t NEED to know how we’ll enter our dream career, whatever that means to you. We don’t need to intellectualize it all. What is the fun in already having all the answers? If you had all the answers life would be SUPER boring!!! Life is so much more fun knowing that miracles will happen and leaving it up to Spirit to figure out how!

Feel your way through life. Listen to your heart, listen to your gut, listen to your intuition, those are far greater tools than your distracted mind and someone else’s opinion. Be thankful for your feelings and emotions, they are such wonderful gifts! Play, and enjoy the game of life! It’s all just a fun little rollercoaster. You won’t need to KNOW so much when you already FEEL what is right and what already IS. The intellect has no comprehension of Infinity, so stop using it to understand life. Feel your way within life and appreciate the inner knowing you already possess.

Thank You Zach…For Showing Me How To Live

Tonight I am writing this for no one but myself. Typically I like to share messages and inspiration that I have recognized as a Universal Truth, but tonight I am simply writing for me.

I watched a video tonight of a young man who returned to Non-Physical from cancer yesterday. If any of you who read this would like to watch it I thoroughly recommend it, as it allows you to look at life in a completely different perspective. The video is of a young man named Zach Sobiech, who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and given 6 months to live. The video is beauty-fully touching and the way this beauty-full soul lived his life reminded me of how to live mine.

Those of you who read these usually know that I tend to see the world a little differently than most. I see things with my heart and not my mind, yet that means in no way that I always practice what I preach. I do my absolute best to live the life I so deeply know is meant for all of us and that I write, speak, and act about but I get off track quite often as well.

Zach Sobiech, truly inspired me tonight through the way he lives his life. Although he has returned to the Non-Physical, he so eloquently reminded me of my own journey to where I am. In watching the video I continually was drawn to tears but the sadness and fear of loss in his family’s hearts, the same sadness and fear that I once witnessed in my own family’s hearts. Zach reminded me to JUMP! He reminded me, he made me FEEL, and he showed me how I want, and know, how to live life.

I can remember staring out the window of the hospital room knowing I would get out, and somewhere within me felt I had a large purpose, but unable to do anything I previously did. I couldn’t run, I couldn’t jump, I couldn’t play basketball, I could hardly walk 1/4 of a mile without being exhausted, and I told myself I would LIVE my life. Yet, as I sit here right now writing this, I continue to question if I am truly living the life I imagined for myself?

Sure I help people by training them, sure I help anyone I possibly can, sure I do my best to bring a smile to everyone’s face, but do I take command of my life with full faith that Source is supporting my decisions? Not always. Do I leap when I so dearly want to jump? Not always. Do I have full faith in my ability to affect people’s lives? Not always. Am I doing the things I told myself I wouldn’t let pass me by when I was healthy again? Not always…and not nearly enough.

I continue to push off each moment and say, “Oh the time wasn’t right. I’ll wait for next time.” But what if there is NO NEXT TIME?! I know exactly what it is to wonder if there ever will be a next time, many of us have. And yet I continue to find myself falling back in to comfortablitity. I continue to succumb to the fear of rejection, succumb to the, “Oh, it just doesn’t feel right.” When in all Truth I was just too afraid to leap, to afraid to trust, to afraid to LIVE.

Today, Zach has become my hero. Today, my dear brothers and sisters who returned to Non-Physical once again reminded me that, although we are Eternal beings, I still must jump no matter how scary it may seem. Today they reminded me that my life purpose is exactly what I say it is. Today they reminded me that I must always be true to my heart, speak from my heart, act from my heart, and live from my heart. They reminded me that I am still here for a reason! They reminded me that rejection never lasts, but uplifting the hearts of others always will.

Zach’s message was that of this day, this hour, this minute, this moment and to live fully from this moment!!! Do not hesitate to experience life…the time will never be right! The time is never going to be right for me to ask a girl out, the time will never be right to buy a car, the time will never be right to ask for a promotion, the time will never be right…because the only right time is always NOW! Now is the time for honesty, Now is the time for kindness, Now is the time for leaping, Now is the time for acting, Now is the time for singing, and dancing, and…and…and…and…and for Love! It is right Now! Zach reminded me of that!

I am so grateful to Zach and for sharing his journey. I am so grateful for all my brothers and sisters who have returned Home and yet continue to guide me so that I may fulfill OUR purpose. I am so grateful for those of you who read these and find Your Truth amidst them. I am grateful for this moment Now…I am grateful because I’ve once again remembered how to LIVE through the inspiration of another. I’ve remembered what truly being the Light looks like! Thank you Zach…thank you so much for your Light, for your beauty, and for your Love!

Claim Your Divine Right…Now

Hello my Lovelies,

I am sitting here looking out the window, enjoying the birds fly around, tasting the delicious flavor of my weekly vegan burrito, and my attention is brought to my dear little brother,Trevor, who I just went to see at the hospital and who is still there unable to talk, exhausted, with his head perched upon his hands, a pose I know all too well from my past.

As I sit here Divinity whispers in my ear, “You are are here now my child, you can taste, you can see, you can walk, you are strong, you are sharing OUR message.”

I write this to ask you where you are? While you are eating are you truly eating or is your mind among your worries? While you are walking are you feeling the earth below your feet or are you concerned with your tasks that lay ahead? While you are speaking with a friend or lover are you experiencing them in their brand new presence or are you frustrated about your work day and how difficult it was 5 hours ago?

I ask these questions because these moments remind me that I am here now, for all the times I should have died and for all the reasons I should be dead, I am here now. YOU are here now. You have overcome obstacles greater than you ever realized that you could climb over. Yet with all the Power that we know we truly are, we deny it.

We question our strength and wherewithal, and succumb to the illusory fears we have been told to accept. Do not question your Power, do not question your Divinity, listen to the Voice-without-sound and remember who you are.

Remember that although it may seem hard you are always supported by Spirit. That even though it may be difficult it could always be worse. You could be forced to reside in a hospital where you can barely lift your head. You are here now free to experience the world, free to experience the whole Universe exactly as you choose.

Be grateful for the gift of this present moment. Be grateful for the ability to smile and dance. Be grateful for the ability to read this and to do whatever it is you so choose. And as you feel that gratitude and Power, be strong enough to act with it filling your heart!

Claim your right as an extension of God to experience the totality of life. Claim your right to spread Love everywhere and to recognize Divinity within every form! Claim your right to BE Happiness, to BE Truth, to BE Love. Claim your right to be the gift to the world that you truly are! Do not just exist my friends, Live Life with a heart full of Presence and gratitude!

What Are You Running From?

Hello My Lovelies,

I have a simple question to ask those reading this…WHAT ARE YOU RUNNING FROM?

Honestly, this is a question for my more “spiritual” friends, but what are you running from? No, actually this is a question for anyone who is now reading this…what are you running from? I see it so often…I want happiness, I want peace, I want a family, I want a loving relationship, I want to be in the 5th dimensional experience, but in the midst of that beauty-full glorious asking I really hear…I don’t want to be sad anymore, I don’t want to be stressed anymore, I am tired of being single, I am tired of being treated like dirt, I am tired of the 3rd dimension.

Now these things are completely fine and well, this reality is made to inspire wanting from all of us, wanting so that we may express the beauty-full bounty that is waiting for us to claim is ours…but why do you keep running?

Why are you tired of this 3rd dimension? Why are you tired of being single? Why are you tired of being unhappy? Do you ever ask yourself that question or do you just constantly avoid finding those answers? Do you ever wonder that possibly you are creating that very thing which you are running from? Do you ever wonder if these contrasting experiences are all gifts so that you may become stronger spiritually and in your faith that you are Spirit?

Many people say, I couldn’t possibly have manifested this dis-ease, I could possibly have manifested this car accident, I couldn’t possibly have manifested me hurting my foot, but in all truth you did! You are the creator of your life! No one else has any power over you. The universe simply responds to what you are asking for spiritually. If you are craving excitement, the universe will respond. If you are craving passion, the universe will respond. If you are craving joy, the universe will respond. However, it all depends on the perception you have of the circumstances you are given. It all depends on you!

Now back to the topic, these circumstances are not to be avoided. They are gifts in the form of contrast. In finding yourself unhappy, you can turn your attention towards that which makes you happy. In finding yourself lonely, you can turn your attention towards your image of your perfect relationship.

You will not out-run a tiger, it will always catch you and eventually kill and eat you. Instead, turn  towards the tiger, treat it with Love, with unwavering faith that Spirit will protect you, pet the tiger, give it a few kisses, and then continue on your journey. Do you see?

Recognize that you chose, as a spiritual entity, to embody YOUR body and experience this reality. This was not forced upon you! Nobody held your arm and said, “You will go to earth and you will suffer because that is how it is!” Doesn’t that sound silly?! An omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient being would do that? I don’t know about you but that may be the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard.

You are an extension of God! You are a finger on the hand of God. You came with the intent to experience the contrast of life! To experience the full spectrum of human emotion! You came with the intent to remember that you are a gloriously Divine extension of Source with all the Power that Source possesses! You came with the intent to get dirty and nasty and gritty and cry and laugh and freaky and weird and shake shit up and dance in the rain and….AND JUST TO GET REAL FREAKY NAUGHTY!!! You did not come to play it safe! The lies you were taught to believe about this “one life and that’s all you get” non-sense couldn’t be farther from the truth! You are Eternal! You are Light! You are God!

There is nothing humble about insulting your soul and making yourself believe you’re a sinner! There’s nothing humble about saying, “Oh I’m only human.” Damn right you’re human! You are an extension of the One! The One that is me, the One that is You, the One that is the tree, the dog, the tiger, the rose, the leaf, the cell, the molecule, the atom, You are that which is All-That-Is!!!

So now that you remember who you are, also remember that you didn’t come here to get somewhere else! You came here to experience the totality of life! You came here to have your heart-broken, crushed, stomped on, and torn apart, only to have it mended again by the recognition that it could never be broken, crushed, stomped on, or torn apart, that You have the power to BE Love, that you ARE Love! You didn’t come here to just be happy, you came to get rowdy, scared, fear-full, and depressed, only to remember that those were all illusions, that none of those existed for in your mind. You came to remember that You…Are…Love. You…Are…Happiness. You…Are…Joy.

So remember my brothers and sisters! Remember how bright and Power-full you are! Remember that is not about getting from here to there…because you are wherever you say you are. You are already where you want to be! You need not run from anything, because in running from it you are actually running to it. Find your Presence Now! Recognize that the happiness you seek is already yours! Recognize that the peace you seek is you! Recognize that the relationship you desire is here now! Recognize that your dream lover is already embracing you with their lips. Recognize that it is all now. All that you wish to experience is yours now, it always has been, waiting for you to simply realize it.
