Do You Ever Wonder Why?

Do you ever wonder why people do drugs? Do you ever wonder why people become addicted to things? Do you ever wonder why there are so many people homeless or living in poverty? Do you ever wonder why people sell drugs? Do you ever wonder why things are happening to so many? Have you ever spoken and actually had a conversation with a homeless person? Have you ever spoken with a young man forced to sell drugs because he was born into a family in South Central L.A. and was told that he was stupid, so he entered into the family business, gangs, and met people that he felt were like him and could bond with (people who were also called stupid)?

It is not enough that we accept what the TV tells us. It is not enough that we hide our Light because we are afraid to go against the status-quo. It is not enough that we shy away from others with dominant opinions even if that opinion insults not only our souls, but also our brothers and sisters. Question…question absolutely everything if it does not resonate with your heart. Do not just accept it because it sounds good. Accept it because it resonates with your soul.

You are here in this moment! You chose to be here in this moment in time to make a change! We are here Now, at a shift in the consciousness of humanity! It is our very purpose, our duty, to awaken! We chose NOW! We said we would enter into this reality and be a guiding Light for all our brothers and sisters! Those of you reading this KNOW that! You feel that with every fiber of your being as you read these words! You chose NOW!

If you feel you have not remained on that path, that is okay! Because NOW you are aware of that, and NOW you can step right back on! We are here to realign with our understanding of who we really are, and see that in all our brothers and sisters as well! Because our brother made bad choices does not make him a bad person…he may not have had the tools to see other options. Our brother Jesus said, “Judge not, lest ye be judged.” Our brother Jesus, a great master, showed us the way. He showed us the way to recognize our Divinity as he recognized His! Each and every one of us are on our own unique journey of remembering that we are Divine, eternal beings! We are all climbing to the mountain peak and each and every one of us is starting at a different point at the bottom. And as such, we must remember that we need not judge our brother or sister, but see the Divinity that resides in them as it dwells within us!

My dear family, we are here NOW to awaken. To look past the illusion that our worth is dependent upon the job we have, the car we drive, the money in our bank account, the clothes we wear, the home we reside in. For when we leave these physical bodies behind we will understand that our worth was never dependent upon these things. Our worth has never been in question to our Higher Self! Through the eyes of our ascended brothers and sisters, through the eyes of Divine Principle, our worth has always been in perfect standing. And it is our job to remember that!

Your worth has never been in question!! It is our job to see that in ourselves and in all our brothers and sisters. Do not be afraid to ask why things are happening…but when you ask why, go as deep into the question as possible. Why did someone murder? Was he abused as a child and watched his mother raped? Why did someone steal? Was he starving and the only way to feed himself was to steal? None of these reasons makes any of it okay, but with an understanding comes compassion. Ask these questions the next time to recognize yourself passing judgement. We are not here to judge, we are here to awaken and correct the injustices that have occurred in this reality for far too long. History continues to repeat itself if we do not open our eyes. Choose to be your our guiding Light!

Declare to yourself that you will no longer accept something until it resonates with your heart. Declare to yourself that you will awaken and see past the illusion that is perpetuated in a limited mind-set. Declare to yourself that you will smile at every one of your brothers and sisters because they ARE a part of you. Declare to yourself that you will be of service to humanity by aligning with your True Self. Declare to yourself that you will realize your own Divinity and go forth into the world with that presence.

Our time is NOW! Now we must affect the outcome of this world. Now we must go forth into our communities and make a change no matter how small or big that might be. Now is the time to BE the change we wish to see in this world! It is all NOW my dear family! I hope to those that read these words you see that these are your words. They are the words of your own soul. BE the Light you know within that you are! Shine so bright that no darkness can come close to you and you Light the way for others! This is OUR task! We will succeed! I Love you all!!!

Why Do You Fear?

Love - Fear

What are you afraid of my dear friends? Not spiders, not heights, but why are you afraid to open your awareness? I ask you this question genuinely and for you to determine yourself. why are you afraid? Why will you not allow yourself to open your awareness to the possibility that you are an unlimited being capable of the most wonderful feats? Why are you afraid to look beyond the veil of illusion?

I ask you these questions because I once asked myself these questions, and I still ask myself these questions from time to time. We all must ask ourselves these questions if we are to begin living the life that we know is possible for us. We must not get lost on the reason for the fear, but simply acknowledge it and understand it so that we may move past it.

Why are you afraid to look beyond the illusory qualities that designate a person’s worth? To see that no material characteristics can equal the worth of the Truth? Material worth does not designate a spiritual being’s wealth. And yet I see so many of us chasing an illusion that does not fulfill the soul. Yes, unfortunately at this time in this reality money is needed to fulfill the basic necessities to sustain an earthly body. But does always chasing that fulfill your soul?

We work so hard on demonstrating an image, an idea, through our bodies that we forget to sustain our true selves, our inner selves. We buy certain clothes, we do our hair a certain way, we workout and diet to alter our body temple, never realizing that all the time we spent designing and rebuilding the temple we have forgot what the temple was intended for.

What are you afraid of? Why do you refuse to question the reality you live in? Why do you refuse to believe that love will always conquer all. Not romantic love, but the very substance that is the Universe. Why do you refuse to entertain the thought that you are the highest expression of God, that you are God? What are you afraid of?

Why do you refuse to question a system that seeks to enslave you? Nature knows no money. Animals do not exist in a pay for service system. Why do you refuse to question who you are? You are an eternal expression of God that has come forth into this reality to experience it’s fullness. If the system does not support that, then don’t you ever wonder why? What are you afraid of?

If this is the one chance you get, what are you doing to leave behind a better society for those who will come after you? What are you afraid of? What are you afraid of? What are you afraid of?!?!?!

It is a simple choice…between fear and Love. It is YOUR choice. You can continue to see the world as the TV tells you to…seeing what’s new in fashion, the “health scares” that are going around, living vicariously through a rich actor or actress. Or, you can begin to live your life…engaging in conversation with new friends, helping a community organization, listening and/or making beautiful music, dancing, closing your eyes and feeling your breath, listening within for the answers to your unlimited potential. It is a simple choice…between fear and Love.

Question your fears. When you understand them, you realize they exist only in your perception of a limited Universe. We are unlimited! We are eternal! We are Love! Feel that and know that for yourself…cultivate that knowing. We are Love.

Don’t be so serious,
Be light,
Make new friends,
Hug your neighbor,
When you find your lover, hold on,
When the passion is gone, let go,
Kiss with your eyes closed,
Gaze with your heart open,
Don’t worry about others’ opinions,
Understand yourself,
Forgive,
Exude compassion,
Smile ecstatically,
Wonder magically,
Sing as loud as possible,
Dance with all your fierce-ness,
Wake up early,
Sleep in late,
Listen to your heart,
Follow your gut,
Make a path for others to follow,
Follow the paths of the greats,
Smell the roses,
Avoid the farts,
Talk with your family,
Be silent in your mind,
BE,
Face the fear,
Appreciate the wounds,
Speak with passion,
Listen with openness,
Jump for joy,
Walk with purpose,
And let your Light shine!

In the end it won’t matter how much money you’ve accumulated or the hearts you’ve broke, but in the hearts you touched and the moments that left you in awe.

Why Do You Want a Relationship?

Very simply, it is because we want to experience another person expressing the way Divine Principle sees us. We want someone to call us beautiful, or smart, or funny, or wonderful, or…you get the picture. Why is it not enough that we see those things in ourselves?

Well, most of us don’t see that we are beautiful, or smart, or funny, or wonderful. We don’t view ourselves that way. We don’t see ourselves that way and when someone comes along saying we’re smart, and attractive, and wonderful we “fall in…” well we fall in something. Sometimes it’s love, sometimes its lust, sometimes that person really is somebody very special who we will share in a beautiful co-creative experience together. However, WHY we enter a relationship is the most important thing we must consider.

The majority of people go in and out of relationships wanting someone to make them feel a certain way. Some people want it to be “in love” so badly that they just jump in to every possible relationship. Some people just want to not feel lonely.

The reason so many relationships fail is because we are constantly asking our partners to make us feel a certain way. We think it is our job to make them feel a certain way, so it should be their job to make us feel a certain way. And then you wonder why you are unhappy and/or your relationships end? It is nobody’s responsibility to make you feel happy! Nor is it your job to make anyone else happy! Even parents…it is not your job to make your children happy. As a parent it is your job to be the best possible example for your child and allow them to make mistakes and grow as you had to make mistakes and learn from them as well. If you are smothering your children you are doing a disservice to them. You are the parent you are today because of your mistakes and the growth you experienced from them…allow your children the same opportunity so they may become just as wonderful as you!

So why do you want a romantic relationship? Have you been thinking about it while reading this?

You must be accepting and loving of yourself before you engage in a partnership with another person. If you want to meet the love of your life, and if you have, continue the relationship you cherish, you must enter into the partnership happy and loving of yourself. Or else your half of the whole, won’t be so much of a half, and your partner will have to fill the gaps. We must begin to look at ourselves as our Higher Self sees us, as God sees us.

When we begin to look at ourselves as beautiful, smart, funny, and wonderful we no longer need anyone else to make us feel that way. When we see ourselves as the magnificent, perfect expressions of Divinity, that is when we can enter into the partnership that will give us all we’ve wished for and more! Do not allow movies to influence you to believe that having another person will make you whole. You are whole! Right now! All you have to do is recognize it! When you see your own beauty and amazing-ness you will walk through the world with that regality. You don’t need somebody else to tell you that, because you already know that.

Your soul is whispering to you how beautiful you are every minute of every day…don’t allow your mind to intrude on that. Accept it! That is God whispering to you, right here, right now, right within you, that you…are…beautiful! Bring that awareness to your experiences.

I do want to say, it is perfectly well that you want to enter into a relationship. We are here in these beautiful temples to experience relationships in all different forms. That is a major part of the human experience. However, be aware of WHY you want to enter into a relationship. When you are aware of why you can then recognize the person who will bring their whole to complete the relationship circle.

Why are relationships difficult?

Relationships are a partnership. Relationships are a coming together of 2 individual perspectives forming another perspective. It is not 2 coming together as one…it is 2 coming together to make 3. In this world we live in, typically each culture aims to create a power struggle between each gender. Who has the power in the relationship, etc. What we must understand is that when we are entering into an intimate relationship with another perspective we have to hold that idea that we are creating a new entity…your perspective, your partner’s, AND a relationship perspective.

Many of us aim to change the person we are entering into the relationship with to fit our ideals, which is opposite of what the relationship is for. The relationship is the merging of both your unique ideas and actions and having a playground of enjoyment to enjoy each others’ perspectives. It is not to force the other person to believe what you believe, talk the way you want them to talk, speak the way you want them to speak, dance how you dance, act as you act…it is an area where you allow that other person to be who they wish to be while they allow you to be who you want to be. It is not a space where your ego “plays a mind-game” to determine who has more power.

Although movies are nice and often times can inspire us, do not allow the idea that the thing you are missing is love from another person. You are your own love! Nobody presses their love upon you…it always comes from within you. When you find someone who brings that love out from within you, understand that, that it is from within you and this person was simply a catalyst for that. 🙂 When that is realized that person’s actions or words can never take that love from you because it always has and will resonate from within you.

Relationships are difficult because we do not understand the platform for which they are developed. We watch our parents do this or do that and think its normal…or we watch a movie and think, “Awe, that is true love.” You do not need another person to cuddle you and hold you close for you to acknowledge your own worth. You do not need someone to tell you are beautiful to know you are beautiful. Nor is it okay to stay in a relationship where another doesn’t respect you. If you enter into a relationship always looking for someone else to make you feel a certain way as soon as he/she stops saying or doing those things, you become upset and the relationship dissolves. You MUST acknowledge your own self-worth before you enter into a relationship with anybody else if you want to experience to a true meaningful relationship.

Do you want your relationship to succeed? Then realize that a relationship is a team…is a partnership. That means that you are in it together…but also that you maintain your individual perspective. If you are always focused on your own individual perspective and trying to win in the power struggle, the relationship suffers. If you do not cultivate continually your unique perspective, the relationship struggles and you suffer. It is a balance. Realize that if you do not feel whole then the missing part is not someone to fill that gap, but only the love for yourself that can fill it.

And lastly, communicate. If you are in a relationship and are still afraid to express yourself fully to that person, why are you in that relationship? A romantic relationship is being best friends with someone who you can also express the love you feel for that person physically. We must be able to communicate completely with an open heart in order to reap the benefits in a relationship. By limiting communication with your partner you are not guarding your heart, or protecting yourself, or anything else that you have been taught to believe…you are simply limiting the expansion that will occur in the relationship…you are limiting the possible joy and unencumbered bliss that will come about from that openness.

I wish us all a beautiful, open, blissful experience upon our paths in relationships and life. We have come to experience this reality with wonder and enjoyment and at the top of that list is co-creation with the other beautiful personalities upon this earth. Do not fear…when you find wholeness within yourself you will find wholeness in a relationship with another. Take the leap…enjoy the fall…the net is waiting at the bottom 😉 Wishing you a wonderful fun journey on your path! Love and Light!!!

Tasty little morsel…

Do you ever get moments of clarity from God? I mean simple little things that you would never notice unless you were present and paying attention? Little gifts from that Divine Spirit God right within us? We have all had them just some of us neglect to pay attention…well here is my experience with one just now and I would like to share…

So lately I have been feeling lost and powerless! So certain about something in the depths of my heart and yet the physical manifestation of that is no where in sight. It is actually completely opposite from what my heart and gut says! Now this caused immense confusion for me and has been driving me crazy, but tonight God gave me a tasty little morsel!

You see I have been blaming myself so intently the last month that I forgot to see MY beauty! I have been so hard on myself that I completely forgot how amazing I was!! Yes, I messed up in the past, more so than I ever thought I could or would, hurting someone so close to me that I hurt myself! And I have been so hard on myself and unable to forgive myself that I no longer so my perfection. And I know we all do this, it’s part of learning and being human! 🙂 However, God answered my prayer tonight! God gave me my confidence back! He saw my perfection even when it seemed at times that I had the blinders on! Now I always had my strength and God always allowed me to see it, but it was as if I was on a teeter-totter going back and forth from feeling somewhat in control and okay to completely powerless. So just now I began to see the beauty that lies within me!!! I had been so hard on myself that I had done so many things incorrectly that I forgot all of the things that I do correctly and all the qualities that I possess that make me who I am!! Now this is about to sound cocky but I say these things with the utmost humility…truthfully…I just now feel my strength and power again and want to share so that those who feel like I did regain theirs as well…so here we go!

My perfection immediately lit up my thinking! I truly am perfect for the man I envision myself to be…now that doesn’t mean I’m perfect in your eyes but that does mean that I am perfect for me and in God’s eyes…I am athletic, I am extremely spiritual, I am kind, I love and am great with kids, I play guitar, I dance very well, I am loving, I enjoy cuddling a lot, I am very smart, I help others freely and willingly, I am strong and sure of who I am, I own my own business, I am extremely driven to succeed at whatever I put my mind to, I succeed at whatever I put my mind to ;), I’m funny, I’m outgoing but can relax and enjoy down time, I eat healthy, I wear my heart on my sleeve, I am loyal, I’m a great kisser (well at least I think so ;)), I am passionate about life, I’m adventurous, I love animals, I can heal others through touch, I give incredible massages (been told that too many times ;)), I have a sexy body, I’m handsome, I have a great smile, I’m appreciative, and most importantly I see the light that not only resides within me but within all of us and connects us eternally!!!

So you might be thinking, Zach you are crazy, cocky, egotistical, silly, weird, very different, or whatever the case may be, but I want all of us to start noticing our beauty!!! Make a list of things that you see in your self that make you perfect!!! No matter what anyone else tells you, you ARE PERFECT!!!! It is for you to decide whether or not you see that perfection in yourself!!! God built us in his image!!! God only creates perfection…don’t let your mind/ego disrupt His glorious creation!!!! See the perfect presence within your self and understand that all the qualities you possess make you perfect…look at my list…that makes me perfect and makes me feel better because yes, I have gotten lost from who I am, very very lost, and have disrupted God’s beautiful creation, but I am deciding now to become what God has created me to become…Love and Light!!! So make a list of all the qualities that make YOU perfect…because You are!!!

Decision to change…

So I have been meditating A LOT lately! What I’ve come to continually ask myself is…if I feel this amazing, abundant, creative source within me, surrounding me, and filling me up with its infinite Truth and Love when I meditate, why do I not take that Universal Life Force with me through the rest of my day?! Why do I not live it? Why do I not completely throw out all of the disallowing thoughts, words, and actions? Why do I continually fall into repetitive patterns of not trusting God, that Life Force; of feeling worried, concerned, sad? When is it time to become the change I want to see? What is it that causes that change? Is there a catalyst or do you just one day decide to make a change?

For the last 2 weeks I have been feeling very back and forth on this topic since breaking up with the most amazing woman I have ever known. I will feel sad, or scared, or doubtful and then I will meditate and those feelings will shift to empowerment, love, gratitude, faith, and trust. And those emotions will carry me for a while through the day, then those negative emotions come flooding back in after a moment of contradicting thoughts. So when is it for me, or us, to decide to become the change we want to be and see? When is it time to embody our God-given right? When is it time to become our True nature? When do we let that Universal Life Force, God, flood our physical bodies and permeate every fiber of our being? I can tell you that my time is now!

I know now that I am tired of feeling concerned! I consciously understand and know that a negative emotion is caused by God having his thought of my perfect nature and my thought in that moment not matching up with his thought for me. And contrastingly, when my thoughts line up with what God thinks about me I am feeling joy and love…so then why would I ever in my right mind think a thought contradicting God’s thought of me?! God is this all-seeing brighter perspective that is guiding me on the path that I have chosen. What I mean is that when I consciously intend to create an experience or health outcome or whatever, God now guides me on the path to the manifestation of the intention. And God guides me through my emotions. If I’m not on the path to creating my desire then I feel bad, and vice versa. So why do I, and I’m sure you too, consistently take myself off the path and feel bad? That is so silly! Is that not silly?! God wants all the good for His children that they can create, and I today am going to start creating!!!

I am over being tired and worn-down emotionally! I am done with questioning God’s infinite wisdom and Love for all His children and am going to NOW follow His desire for me, which is to be happy and create as I choose! I get to choose what it is I want to experience and because of God’s infinite Love, He creates through me! I am NOW choosing to be the God-man that is my, and our, True nature! I am NOW choosing to embody what God has bestowed upon me! To create as I choose! To love all beings as myself! To bring light to everyone around me! To help all those that need assistance in any way! To change the consciousness of the world through my own demonstration! To show the way to the light through my thoughts, words, actions, and life!! I can no longer have this knowledge and continue to do nothing with it! I must fully embody the Universal Life Force and live the life of that Truth! It is time for a change! Within myself and for the world! We are Divine creators by nature and I wish that all my friends begin to feel this power within them as well! I hope we can all find this Truth and begin to live it together!!
