40-30-20-10 Reps of each exercise for time:

  • Box Jumps (8-24 inch Box)
  • Pull-Ups or Inverted Rows
  • Sit-Ups (Feet Anchored)

Mental Workout of the Day

Play the “Wouldn’t if be nice if…” game for 10 minutes. Say to yourself, “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” and finish with what it is you would like to see manifest in your life. This game was developed by Abraham (as channeled by Esther Hicks). The purpose of this game is to feel better about what it is you are desiring; to be able to put your self into the feeling place of already having acquired the new thing or circumstance. Play this game for a minimum of 10 minutes and as long as you’d like after that.

  1. I really like that you have included a mental workout here. I feel like so much of health is focused on the physical body, while our mental selves and emotions often go neglected. You have to first change your mind and your thinking before you can begin to transform yourself!

  2. Two more quick games to add in a morning workout. “What can I do in five minutes TODAY to make someone’s life just a little more pleasant.” Also “what can I do in five minutes today that will make my life just a little bit better.”
